"Samurai are pretty cool but I'm cooler" (o/o Closed)

HNNG Okay I've never started an rp before (here goes nothing)
So basically? We have one (1) large, badass samurai who usually keeps to himself. Then we have an overly arrogant ninja/ assassin who likes to stick her nose in everyone's business. They meet up one night and realize that they have the same victim. They team up and eventually become an unstoppable duo- (maybe lovers. Not sure about that part yet)

RULES:

1. All of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules
2. Swearing is fine, but try to avoid it.
3. No offensive slurs! Please!
4. Please, please, please have decent grammar! I will ask you for a sample of your writing. I just really dislike it when people misspell things and stuff like that. It makes it really hard to understand
5. LGBTQIA: This first one will be a straight couple (if they do fall in love, that's still to be determined) but if you want to do an LGBTQIA, pm me uwu
6. OP: Try not to make your character too overpowered. Yes, the characters become near unstoppable, but that does not mean that they are gods.
7. Please ask me before joining
8. If the characters end up falling in love, there will be no smut! Sorry, I'm just not comfortable writing that stuff.
9. I'm going to be the arrogant assassin (just because I'm better at being that type of character)

"What a fucking mess," Jack Harper mumbled to himself.
The only reason why he did this was to try and fill up the emptiness he seemed to have walked into. The town/village thing had been raided. Hard. Like, only one or two buildings still recognizable as buildings hard. The only sound he could hear was the flaming wreckage of the hovercar that he may or may not have just wrecked into a lightpole, the rubble crunching against his boots, and the eerie wind that picked up the dust and blew it into his eyes obscenely.
"What a fucking mess," he repeated, resting a hand on his plasma pistol from a force of habit.
One of the buildings sagged under the weight of itself and fell. Well, you can't really call it falling. It was so slow it almost seemed like an apology, like a "Oh, my bad for this, but it's gotta happen." It was so slow that Jack barely blinked at it. He just continued to walk through, trying to find whatever was left of the security system and salvage the usable parts. If there were any, of course, which he highly doubted.

"Oh, shit!"
He watched as the ship came hurtling into the atmosphere, coated by a thin layer of flames as it headed straight to the ground. He felt dumbfounded, thinking for a moment, They've came back for more, shit! but soon realizing it was a human ship.
"Oh, shit!" he repeated as he realized that this downward spiral wasn't on purpose. Oh, fuck, who can survive that?
BOOM! It hit the ground so damn hard that the other building seemed to hop into the air for a moment before pitching onto its side and slapping onto the ground. He didn't even notice as he was too busy hauling ass towards the wreck, which was easily a mile or so away. If I don't get there, the Jiorg will, and that will not be good.
He was there in 15 minutes flat, huffing and heaving as he poked a head through the huge hole in the side of the spacecraft.
"Uh….hello?" Yeah, bad-ass ex-military big guy opening up with "Uh…hello?"

Leandra stood at the back entrance of the victim's house, sword in hand. She was looking at the format of the house, and wondering how she would go about murdering this person. 'Maybe I could jump into the window from that tree?' She sighed. Climbing the tree and jumping into the window was the only safe option. Unfortunately, she had no idea how to climb one. She carefully walked over to the tree and realized that there was already someone there. (psst this is you but you prolly already knew that-)

The sneering face of the rabbit mask stared back at her, the only thing visible in the dim moonlight. It looked eerily like a disembodied head, but the huge black form that followed the head to the ground showed that there was a massive man behind that mask. He moved as gracefully as a cat as he slowly circled Leandra, his sword still sheathed on his back.
"Who are you?" he asked, in a voice that seemed to shake the ground beneath them it was so deep.

She looked up at the tree and thought about how she would go about climbing it. "Why should I tell you?" She briefly glanced at him, "I don't know you, or what your intentions are."

He tilted his head at the question, then shrugged. "Fair enough." He returned to staring through the open window, as if he was a tiger stalking his prey. His large hand slowly reached up to where the hilt protruded over his shoulder and slid the sword out, the sunlight reflecting off of the smooth metal into Leandra's eyes.

She sighed in annoyance, "Why are you here, anyway?" Wearing a frown on her face, she began to attempt to climb the tree.

"Well, the fella living in this specific house has a half-million bounty on his head that I plan on taking for myself." He spared a single glance down at the short woman attempting to climb the tree before returning his gaze to the window.

"Hey! That's what I'm here for too!" She looked up at him. "Except I'm not exactly getting paid…" She suddenly fell down and landed on her back. "Damn it. How did you climb this?"
