"You looked cold and it started raining so I found some shelter so you aren't wet and cold," Oliver explained through a smile, mimicking Azelea's. "This was the closest thing I could find though."

"Offt, you're funny. Not even your jacket?" She says playfully, punching his arm. "Anyway, i love the rain." She ruffled her hair
Oliver laughed a little. "Well, my jacket is super light. But I like the rain as well, it's really calming. I just don't like to be in it much."
group
"Oh so you're one of those types of people huh?" She asks him elbowing him in the side slightly. She was always really physical with people she preferred over others.
"Ha, yeah I suppose I am," Oliver said with a small nod. He winced slightly at Azelea's elbow. He was fine with most things, but an elbow to the side was not his favorite. He seemed to maybe have sensitive sides.
group
She saw his wince, her smile disappearing. She knew she was really physical but she didn't like it when she hurt anyone.
"Sorry… I won't do that anymore if you'd like"
"Oh, it's okay. Don't worry about it." Oliver said a small smile on his face. He looked out at the now drenched street, not noticing that their class was out of sight. They had left to go back to the hotel since it started raining and it was getting a bit late.
group
"I won't so it's fine" she steps out into the rain a little, looking up to the sky with a soft smile. "You sure you don't wanna come?"
Oliver bit his bottom lip slightly as he thought for a moment. "Eh, why not, it just a little rain." He pulled his hood over his curls and stepped out into the rain. He held out his hand to feel the rain fall onto it.
group
"You don't have to," she says with a little laugh.
(Sorry it's short I'm a Lil tired)
(It's fine and same lol)
"Well I'm going to!" Oliver replied with a chuckle. He took in a breath of the fresh rain air, it was so nice. He looked around again, noticing how few people were outside, then noticing the lack of a group of high school students. He whipped his head around looking for the class. "Uhm, Azelea, where did our class go?"
group
"Wait what!?" She says whipping her head around. "S#!%" she says biting her lip. She turned to Oliver and grabbed his hand and started running towards the motels.
Oliver gripped her hand and ran along with her. He hadn't paid any attention to the way they got there so either he was following Azelea or they were running around cluelessly.
group
Soon after running through the rain, the saoking two reached the motels. Azelea looked at Oliver out of breath then at the motels. "Well let's go then," she says with a shrug, taking a deep breath as she tried to regain her steady breathing.
Oliver nodded, out of breath. He took some deep breaths to steady it. He started walking inside, still holding Azelea's hand. "So what's your room number?"
group
"Uh….i came to remember to be honest." She shrugged. A man walked by and yelled, "get a room!" With a laugh. Azelea simply flipped him off with her free hand. "Get a life!" She yelled back. "Creep" she then mumbled to herself. She turned back to Oliver with an eye roll.
"Anyway, I don't believe they've assigned room numbers yet. either that or I'm high or something" she shrugged.
Oliver laughed a little at Azelea's response. "I… oh yeah we haven't been assigned room yet. Oh man, my teacher is gonna be pissed. Like he's going to be pissed." He sighed as he thought about his main teacher.
group
"Then tell him to f&$% off" she says putting her hand on her hip and her middle finger in the air towards the motel.
"Oh no no no, I can't do that. I could be expelled or suspended and that would not go well with my parents…" Oliver explained. His parents are very set on him graduating high school with all "A's" and graduating college with similar grades. "They would probably disown me if that happened actually…"
group
"Then those are bad parents dude" she says swinging her arm around his shoulder. "Well it's quite late" she looked up to the sky, remembering the fact that it was still raining. "Wanna go in?"
Oliver nodded, "Yeah I do. But they're not terrible… they're just… they just want me to be perfect… I'm an only child so they have a lot of pressure put on me." He almost leaned into Azelea as she put her arm around his shoulder.
group
"Still sucks." She started walking after she ruffled his hair playfully. She was being careful and trying not to hurt him.
"Yeah, very true. That's why I worked so hard to go on this trip, a whole summer without my parents pestering me about every little thing. And since this is technically a school trip they're not making me do a form of summer school." Oliver explained, rambling towards the end. He walked in time with her as they got inside the hotel. He didn't mind any of the physical contact with her. He never had with anyone for that matter.
group
She smiled as she listened to him talk and talk. She didn't mind listening to people talk and ramble of for hours. She was a good listener.
Once they got inside she looked around "D@YUUUUUM BOI" she says looking around. She turned to Oliver. "This place is nice!"
"Wow, how did our schools afford this?!" Oliver looked around his eyes wide as he took it all in. Everything was in perfect shape and everything was ten times bigger than he had thought it would be.
group
"Who knows man! Well i mean it was four…three schools that worked together to afford this. So I'm not surprised. But at the same time…i totally am!" She says staring in awe.
"Yeah, but that's three schools with like fifty-ish students each plus teachers. Plus, plus the other expenses we have." Oliver shook his head as he thought about pricing. "Err, we should get our room so the teachers aren't madder at me than they probably are."
group
"Loser" she ruffled his hair playfully. "Well it was nice to have someone around with me today. Meet up tomorrow?" She says to him as she walked her separate ways.
Oliver smiled with a nod in response. It had definitely been nice to have someone to hang out with. Azelea was not his normal type of friend, but that didn't really matter, he had enjoyed her company. He walked up to the front desk and asked about the school and which room his teacher was in. The desk lady told him where and he was off.
group
Azelea did the same and went her separate way. She headed up the stairs and was soon out of sight. She met up with the teacher and was assigned three roommates. She walked into her room and was greeted by three girls. Jocelyn, the more popular girl that was always really motivating. The really happy bubbly one who's name she didn't know. She was most likely from the other school. and of course….Your typical mean girl. August. Goodness she hated her. She walked in and set her things down abruptly on her bed. There were two bunk beds, four dressers and two desks. Not really her cup of tea, but she would work it out. "Man up Izzy" she mumbled to herself.
