River groaned. He desperately wanted to see those drawings.
“Show meee..”

"Nooooo…" Jeremiah replied, a small smile on his face.

"Yeeeessss, pleaseee…" River took a sip of his coffee and tried to hide the fact that it was VERY hot.

"Nuuuuuuu…" Jeremiah waited for a bit before taking a small sip of his coffee to see if it was hot or not.

“Oh c’monnnn…” River tapped his feet.

"Noooo. They are actually terrible, you can even Carter." Jeremiah took another sip when he realized his coffee wasn't that hot.

"Ok fine. But i will see them sooner or later."

"We'll see about that."

River was silently gazing at Jeremiah, when his phone rung.
"wassap dumb dumb?" (yes he was very nice to his sister..)
"What do you mean you ripped my jacket??" "Raaiin!" The phone call ended.

"What happened?" Jeremiah asked, taking another sip of his coffee.

River groaned. "Rain ripped my jacket… I swear to god, i cant even let her do the laundry… It's okay. I'll just… Buy a new one i guess." He smiled.

"Oof." Jeremiah said with a slight laugh. "I feel bad for you."

"No you should feel bad for her, cause um… Well i think i ruined her guitar yesterday and never told her." He laughed. "Anyyywaayyy.. Ugh i dont know what to talk about.."

"I don't know which one is worse," Jeremiah laughed, taking another sip of his coffee.

River laughed and took a big sip of his coffee. "The guitar is much worse."

"I guess. Guitars are expensive," Jeremiah said with a small shrug.

"Tell me about it… I own 5 and i am officially broke." He said while taking a big gulp.

"That's even worse. Can I help in anyway?" Jeremiah asked worriedly.

“You can go help me find a new jacket?” River tilted his head.

"Sure!" Jeremiah answered with a smile on his face.

"ok great, i suck at shopping…" River laughed.

Jeremiah quickly glanced at his outfit and laughed. "At least you have a good sense of fashion."

River laughed and looked at Jeremiah. "Your style is not so bad either." He finished his coffee. "You wanna go?"

Jeremiah blushed slightly at the compliment. That's a first. "Oh, thank you and we sure." He also quickly finished his coffee.

River slowly stood up and held his hand out for Jeremiah.

Jeremiah kept blushing a bit more as he held River's hand.

River smiled so softly, it didnt even look like him. stop smiling you idiot. He blushed heavily and coughed. "mm… let's go?"

"Um-sure," Jeremiah answered, looking away shyly as his face steadily became redder.

"Okay, i have no idea where to start tho… I'm not the person to shop.." River tried to change the subject so Jeremiah wouldnt notice his red cheeks.

"We could maybe start at Forever 21? That's a pretty popular store." Jeremiah suggested.
