"You're such a tease," he complained quietly, breath stirring the hair beside Sebastian's ear.

"You know you love it," Sebastian hummed, a smug grin on his face as he continued his movements, his other hand taking a sip of his drink
"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" Lionel shifted, trying to press himself harder against Sebastian's agile fingers.
"I figured that was obvious," Sebastian hummed, moving his hand with Lionel so he wouldn't get any more sensation than the teasing touches
Letting out a quiet whine, Lionel rocked his hips again, though it was difficult with Sebastian right on top of them. Trying and failing to get more contact, he lay back, a tiny pout crossing his features.
Sebastian smirked a bit, and he finally humored Lionel, his movements growing a bit more intensive in contact. He sipped his drink, running his fingers along Lionel's hipbones
"Much better," he murmured, shifting a little as he let Sebastian work his magic.
"I bet I could get away with a lot of things right now," Sebastian chuckled, pouring himself another glass. His hand slipped lower, teasing Lionel as he smirked
Lionel bit down on his lip, hard, as ecstasy shot through him. He promptly ignored the glares that were coming their way, wrapping his arms around Sebastian's waist.
"You're so cute trying to keep it together," Sebastian murmured, head tilting a tad as he brushed his lips against Lionel's neck, teasing him further
"And you're not– ahh– helping–" Lionel inhaled shakily, trying and failing to stay completely silent after that.
"Never said I was going to help you," Sebastian purred, smirking as he began to work a light hickey into Lionel's neck
"Sebastian!" Lionel protested beneath muffled whimpers. "We're in a bar–"
"What? You think I haven't done this before?" Sebastian chuckled. "I'd do more if I wasn't still sober, so count yourself lucky."
Flustered and slightly embarrassed by the public setting, Lionel resumed hiding his face in Sebastian's shoulder.
"You're cute though, hiding like that. Haven't even had a drink and you're red in the face," Sebastian purred
"I wonder why…" he mumbled, hands finding the small of Sebastian's back.
"Oh, I know why," Sebastian hummed, a smug grin on his face as he pulled Lionel closer
"You smug bastard," he muttered, but it was clearly half-hearted. Allowing his hands to slip beneath the other man's shirt, he grinned, admittedly enjoying the experience.
"You're not wrong," Sebastian chuckled, giving Lionel's hip a little squeeze before taking a swig of tequila
"Ahh~" Lionel choked out, leaning forward and into the touch.
Sebastian grinned madly at the small noise Lionel made. "Liked that, hm?" he teased, pecking his lips before taking a sip of his drink
“Y-Yeah—“ he stammered, biting his lip as hard as he could.
Sebastian grinned, continuing his teasing motions as he sipped his drink
"You– are enjoying this– way too much–" he managed, hands gathering fistfuls of Sebastian's shirt.
"On the contrary. I'm enjoying it just enough," Sebastian purred, smirking at the grip Lionel had on his hair
“We can’t— we can’t do this in public—“ he stammered, but it was half-hearted.
"Who said we were doing anything in public? We could always move this to the bathrooms or something, though I certainly don't mind staying here to make it clear to everyone you're mine," Sebastian purred
Lionel shivered, though his cheeks were hot with embarrassment. “I- I’m yours?” he asked, masking his confusion easily. Obviously he wasn’t complaining, but Sebastian’s words made it difficult to determine how long he was staking his claim for.
"That's what I said, wasn't it?" Sebastian hummed, grinning at how much that seemed to effect Lionel. If he was being honest, he was teasing him a little–after his drawn-out fight with his sister, he had decided he was going to ask the other out. But he was being an ass about it on purpose, wanting to fluster Lionel
