"Wait," Ellie skimmed the page, using her finger to mark where she was before she flipped the page and stopped, grinning, "There's something here! It sounds like that radio station thing you mentioned. Doesn't have a name but it's near something that looks like it's spelt the way Glandridge is said. Look." She pointed to the spot on the page.

He leaned over, glancing at it.
“It looks..really accurate.” Florin spoke, looking at the page. He shifts backwards a little. “But do we know what to do with this information?”
“Clearly this means that either we’ve visited from here, or someone else for you world has come here,” Ellie said, skim reading the next few pages, “We might have a shot of getting you home.”
Florin lifts his head for a moment, curious. “That’s peculiar,” he then lowered his head back down, staring at the floor. “But what sort of technology would you have that could get me back home?”
Ellie sighed, biting her lip, "I… I don't know. None that I know of. We can check the Vaults I guess, but I'd need to get the key and I don't know who has that right now."
“Alright..” He glanced back up at her. “But it’s a start, at least, isn’t it?”
She looked to Florin with a small smile and a nod, "Yeah, it's definitely a start."
Florin looked back ahead, in front of him. “So, what now? Are we going to keep on looking here for more stuff?”
"Well, I say we head to the Vaults. It's where we keep all of the items that aren't from Earth. We might find something that will tell us how someone traveled here, or we traveled there." She suggested.
“But you mentioned that you need the key?” He asked. “I mean, that does sound like a good ‘next step.’”
"Yeah," She scratched at the back of her neck, "Someone in the office has the key. See, it changes week to week so no outsides can just break in and steal it. And I don't know who has it…"
“Do you know how we can find out who has it, then?” Florin questioned, looking ahead.
“I mean… we could see if the keg has been placed back in the safe? But other then that I’m not sure.”
“Sure, we could go look. That’s another start.” Florin responded, beginning to get up again. And then there it was; the pain from before. He didn’t wince or anything, just a slight pause in his movement. It wasn’t even that bad compared to the past few times. Maybe it was just fading.
Florin was sure everything was all healed up there by now. But maybe it had something to do with the dimensional stuff? Should he..mention it? That would require some explaining, though. And Florin wasn’t sure if he wanted to commit to explaining that stuff just get. He glances at Ellie as he stands.
Ellie tracked the movement, through she didn’t mention nor comment. She figured it was just because they’d been sitting down for a while and his back was sore, nothing serious. Whatever it was, she was sure that Florin would tell her if it was important.
She stood shortly after grabbing the files that had some sort of relevance before placing the boxes back in their place, “All right, let’s get going.” She said, starting off down the hall.
He took once last look at the boxes before proceeding with her. “Alright,” he says, following her.
She made she he was following before she sped up slightly. Hopefully they would be able to find the key, if not they were in real trouble.
Florin kept his own pace, only speeding up when needed. “Ellie..uh, there is also something I do need to say. I’m just not quite sure it’s relevant right now, so it can wait. I understand.” His tone sounded almost unsure.
Ellie looked over at Florin and raised a brow, “Tell me. There’s no point keeping secrets in a situation like this.”
“Yeah, so uh.. a little less than a year ago,” he started, clasping his hands together has he walked, “I had..a little incident. During the war. To be fair, the incident could’ve been worse, though it was only that way because someone I knew said some things and so the Sedorians changed their attention to that person instead.”
“Oh yeah. It was on uh..Sedori. The Sedorian Front, if I’m being specific. One of the lowest life expectancy rates out of all of the locations of the war. I’ve been there twice. This was the second time.”
“So back to the thing, a summary is that I got cut. A big cut. Right here,” he gestured to the spot by his ribs where he seemed to be hurting. “It should be, you know, healed by now. But I think the whole traveling through time and space stuff did something to it, and now it’s hurting. Again. I just thought you should know, so…” He drifted off.
Ellie was quiet for a moment, "Florin, if it's been hurting this whole time why did you wait to tell me?" She asked, "If you're in pain I need to know so I can help you and try and get rid of said pain."
“It’s been nearly a year since the whole thing happened, so I wanted to believe it wasn’t real and that it would go away eventually.” Florin explained, though his tone of voice sounded a bit unsure. “And it’s more of a personal thing..memory wise.” He added, almost quietly.
She sighed softly, “I get it, it was personal. But still, I can’t help you if you suffer in silence, yeah? If anything feels off I need you tell me okay?”
Florin stays silent for a moment. “..Alright.” He seems to agree.
“Good. And don’t just say that to shut me up because I’m right on this.”
“I’m not, I’m not.” He put his hands up for a moment. Florin seems to glance to the side.
"Good." Ellie sighed a little. They made it back to the main office and Ellie headed to a room in the back, pulling out her card and scanning it against a pad on the wall. The door opened.
Florin looks back again and continues to follow her. “So the key is hopefully gonna be here?”
"Hopefully. If not we can see if Kyle knows who has it." She shrugged, "Technically he shouldn't but he knows everything so."
“Alright.” Florin crosses his arms. He‘s interested to see what’s in the Vault, but there’s the hurdle to overcome beforehand as well. Trying to find the key. Florin stays silent for now, not having much to say.
