Standing up, she walked slightly closer to Min and pawed at his head, careful not to extend her claws. she didn’t want to hurt him, she just wanted to get a piece of straw out from his hair. Satisfied when it finally got out, she crouched playfully in front of Min and bounced from side to side, his jacket around her neck. She shook herself from it, not liking something constricting around her neck and started to trot around, tail wagging high in anticipation

He laid still only turning a little to her when she pawed his head. Having no idea what she was doing, he sat up and looked at her. "if you want something just say it" he joked. Well, kind of.
He stood, shoving his pale hands in his pockets and tilting his head to the side in confusion. It was still so weird seeing a girl one minute then a dog the next. Especially since he didn't like dogs. But it was fine.

She stood still and glared at him before lunging at him, landing a few inches away and then backing up, tail still wagging happily. She barked three times, trotted around the room a bit and then bolted out the door of the barn to the open fields outside, her fur turning silver in the moonlight, eyes shining brightly as she bound around

His eyes widened when she ran outside. It was quite dangerous and careless of her to do that but he followed her, sure no one was around.
"what, do you want a stick or Somethin?" he looked at her in confusion. Min-Hyuk was so bad with animals it was unbelievable. Mostly because he absolutely hated them. So he didn't seem to be doing the best with her. But he was trying at least. He was so much better with people. Though I never said he was good with them. He was sort of getting used to it
As he thought some more he realized he was pretty hungry. That's what he came to the pond in the forest for. "guess I'll have to hunt tomorrow" he thought to himself
She ran back to him and tilted her head. Sitting down in the grass, she shook her big head and growled softly. She was not about to chase a stick like some home pet. Domestic dogs confused her. She didn't understand why they all seemed so attached to their owners, mindlessly following a human with no purpose other than a fluff ball companion. She liked being free to do what she wanted without a leash around her neck. She did envy them from time to time, wondering how something that came from something so vicious could be so easily domesticated and well loved, while it's ancestors were hyped up to be cruel monsters and killers.
She inched forwards and nuzzled her nose in to his hand, her warm breath clouding where it touched his skin. he then pointed over her shoulder back towards the city.

He knelt down during to run his cold fingers through her soft fur. Her warm breath felt so nice, to be honest he could just stay there all night. Warmth was one of his biggest weaknesses nowadays, since that was the main thing missing from his own body.
When she looked the direction of the town, he stayed on the ground but looked over as well.
"I guess it is getting late… " he says looking up at the sky. The gradients they saw before has dissipated into a dark blue and black, sitting the sky beautifully.
Val didn't know what do when Min knelt down to pet her. One part of her thought that he was being creepy, a girl that could shift into a wolf was no less a girl. on the other hand she couldn't help but lean into his touch, reveling in the icy chill that went down her spine. She yawned widely and sat down, patiently waiting for him to be done petting her, ears flattened against her head in content. She slowly shut her eyes, trusting him enough not to attack her while her guard was down.

He was taken aback when she sat beside him and let him running his hand along her fur. He didn't touch anywhere but her head and the back of her neck. He removed his hand from her soft fur and into his own lap, his hoodie set beside him from when she shook it off in the barn.
"sorry" he hesitated, looking away rather embarrassed with a small blush.
"It's alright, I don't mind. It's actually kinda nice." Val said beside him, having shifted when he had looked away. She had wrapped her arms around her legs and was now resting her head on her knees like back in the barn.
"We should probably be getting back home soon, huh?" she asked, looking up at Min and smirking slightly "I didn't know Vamps could blush."

He looked back at her with wide eyes as his face turned even more red. "h-hey! That…. I'm. Not" he turned back away, standing up and picking his hoodie up to, slipping it back on his bare skin and over his muscles. "it's dark. You're just seeing things" he says obviously flustered. "if you want to we can go back." he says crossing his arms, not looking at her directly.
She laughed at his childishness and stood as well, dusting off dirt and grass from her clothes "You and I both know my eyesight gets better in the dark." Val ran a hand through her hair, sadly dispelling the coolness that lingered from his hands. "Sure, unless we're going somewhere else. Let me get my bag from the barn." She jogged back to the delapadating barn and found her things beneath the hay stacks

He didn't really know where he was planning to go after this. When he brought her here he didn't think about whats going to happen. It was nice talking to her. Well, the time when she wasn't a giant dog. But he was surprisingly fine with it.
He stood waiting for her to come back from the barn to answer.
He pulled the keys from his pockets and twisted them around his fingers. "well, I was planning on going to my place afterwards. Assuming you wouldn't want to go there, I can drop you off near the edge of the forest" he turned to her with a mischievous smirk "unless" He raised an eyebrow. He was obviously joking of course and he hoped she wouldnt take it seriously.
Val came back with her bag slung over her shoulder She arched an eyebrow and smiled "unless what? I'd want to come home with you?" she laughed and shook her head "sorry Eddy, I don't think our connection is strong enough for me to be around more than one vampire that wants to kill me at a time." She patted his shoulder teasingly and started walking back to the bike, the whole time wondering what his home was like, how his family treated him, how similar or different they were to Min. She wondered if the rest of his family would tolerate her like Min did.

He laughed a bit. "wait. Do you know anything about vampires?" he says holding back another laugh as they walked to his bike. "none of my familyis a vampire." he turned to her with his arms cross. Did she know what happens when someone becomes a vampire? He assumed she didn't…

"I was born and raised in a pack and home schooled until junior year of high school. All i know about vamps is that one killed my mother when I was 10." She turned around and hugged herself as if cold, looking away in slight embarrassment "sorry, too much info." she glanced up, slightly surprised "really? I thought whoever turned you would turn your immediate family, that or you'd be adopted by your turners other vampires." she flinched and again looked away "sorry, that's based off the book, which is probably the only reference to vamps I have…save for Supernatural…"

He leaned on the propped up motorcycle with a smile, trying his oh so very hardest not to laugh.
It was an extremely traumatic moment in his life… Or technically death. So it shouldn't be something he laughs about. But her lack of knowledge of vampires… It was hilarious.
"no. I um" he looked to the ground, thinking about how to phrase this. "I went to a party. I was there to keep an eye on my little sister. That's the only reason I went. Back then, I couldnt really deal with loud noises, and still. Anxiety n shit" he paused, thinking back on the night.
"through a small panic attack I got dragged down to a cold basement where I-" looking away, you could see the trauma in his eyes. His hand went to his other arm, he shrinked a little. He was going to tell her though. There was no point in not. Maybe she would understand more? He hoped so. He liked spending time with her. Either that or she would find him disgusting.
"well I was attacked, raped, and bitten." he says blatantly, trying not to get emotional.
"after that they were gone and I was locked in the basement for a while until I managed to break out, escape the police and get back home." he shrugged. Tilting his head back revealing more of his neck, he pointed to the side to show the faint scars of deadly bite marks. No, not just two puncture wounds like it the stories. No this looked like it from from a beast. Which is was.
"vampires choose who they want to kill and it's a long, painful, gruesome process. The venom seeping into your veins hurt like hell too" he says casually.
"my mother still doesn't know and I don't plan on telling her. My sister she knows. She's a bit scared of me. Ryuu" he paused with a little smile. "he doesn't care. Those are the only ones that know and if I ever let them go through what I have…ill never forgive myself" he stopped and hopped on the motorcycle. "sorry. That was a bit too much" he leaned forward on the handles, waiting for her to get on. "but hey, now you know. I don't have it easy here in hell" he smiled a little at her before starting up the motorcycle. "you comin? "
(we should at least wait a few more days for. The role-play. Or even till the next day? Let's just see how strong their bond is then? But probably not right now (even though I low-key want it to XD)

Val crossed her Arms over her chest and glared at Min when she saw that he was smiling. It wasn’t her fault she knew nothing about them, why would she want to when his kind had killed the most important person in her life?
Her stance relaxed slightly when he started talking about his transformation, her expression slowly turned from playful hostility to blank horror, like when you don’t know how to react but your eyes say everything. She dropped her hands to the side in numb surprise and look away from him. “how could anyone do something like that to a kid?” She whispered in disbelief, flinching visibly when he explained the venom and the bite marks. She was forced to look up, now able to See the gruesome scaring of his bite. How she didn’t notice it before was beyond her.
“Your family should know. Even if they’ve Noticed the changes that happens to you and never said anything, they should officially hear it from you.” She mounted the bike and wrapped her arms around him once again. “Why’d you tell me of all people? Why not let me keep believing in the fantasy of pop-culture vampires?” She asked “we all live our own hell.”

"I looked like this before I turned by the way" he smiled, starting up the bike. "their wasn't many changes. And i wasnt that young. I was seventeen. Technically I still am. Whatever” he shook it off, getting confused by his own words. "I won't tell my mom. She's already sick and hurting enough. Nathans there too and he already calls me a monster. I could tear that bastard apart in a heartbeat. And I plan to. Anyway, it would cause more trouble and fear than she already has in her life. My little sister is already scared of me….i don't think i could handle it myself if my mother were too. I already beat myself up enough for something that wasn't my fault in the first place. I couldn’t do anything.” He paused, his mind trailing off for a second into the past before he snapped back into reality, “i want them to see me at someone who can protect them. Not someone who might go crazy and eat them in their sleep” he says blatantly as he backed out, handing the helmet to her over his shoulder. "why'd I tell you?" he thought about It for a little bit. "I like you" he says before riding off out of the field and into the city gates. The motorcycles engine wasn't as loud as the normal loud engines, so his words were clear. He kept at a slow pace so the wind wouldn't block anything out.
What he said could imply many things. He didn't care how she took it really. He thought she was pretty cool though. Min was never one to think about romance either, and here she is getting him thinking about it. We're they even friends at this point? If not.. Would they be?
“Nathan? I’m assuming that he’s her partner? I wouldn’t tear him apart if I were you, it would cause too much chaos. You’d be under too much suspicion and you’d be revealed as a vampire either way.”
She shook her head when he offered her the gelnate. “I want to feel the wind on my face as we ride. Plus I trust you enough not to crash or do any crazy stunts.”
She rested her head against Min’s back and looked out at the world as they rode off. “You confuse me Min. One minute you hate hate me and my kind. You wish me dead along with my family. The next moment you’re talking to me and hanging out as if we were life long friends and not enemy’s. Now you tell something about yourself so personal And that you like me, I’m assuming as a person, that I do t know what to think anymore so I go along with your sudden mood changes.” She shook her head and sighed dramatically

“Well there’s an explanation for that also if you want to listen to that. But if not, i wont say it.” He laughed softly, liking the feeling of her leaning on his back as her arms wrapped around his cold body.
He wished he could actually keep her warm, and other people as well. When he was actually a human he was actually surprisingly warm. That was probably one of the things he hated most.
“And i dont hate you and your kind. I dont hate someone for no reason. i just don't trust you. And no, i didn't wish you dead either. But if you crossed me i wouldn’t hesitate to kill you. Also, i know how to kill someone with being suspected. I’ve been doing it at least once a month for three years now” he says over the slight wind as they turned a corner.
The fact that she didn't wear her helmet bothered him quite a bit, but he wasn't going to say anything, knowing damn well he wasn't going to be able to control her. He was a bit worried
“Ive gotten to know you more even if its just been one day. And ive decided you’re alright” he says with a small smile, glad she couldn’t see it.
“Is there now? Please do tell.” She smirked and threw her head back to let out a howl in delight, loving the adrenaline rush riding with Min gave her.
“If you don’t want me dead then how come you threatened me in the library?” She called over the wind, pressing herself back against Min’s form.
“Only three years and a month? amateur.” She teased, leaning with him as he rounded a sharp corner.
Although she wouldn’t admit it now, Val really did enjoy spending time with Min and hoped that their meetings would continue outside of school, despite her brother’s dislike of vampires.

"I was diagnosed with bipolar 1. When I was a human. Along with schizophrenia, severe paranoia, and other things I don't need to say" he says with a shrug. He blushed a bit when she pressed her body to his back, thankfully she couldn't see it.
"I threatened you because if you did cause any troubles for me, I would kill you. I didn't want to, but I would have. Every time I kill someone it's not because I want to." he laughed a little when she howled. It was somewhat cute.
"hey, I'm no amateur. Just because I haven't been doing this for 200 years. Though I know I guy who has and he's surprisingly sweet." he says dead serious.
He slowed down a little at a red light, lightly humming to himself before speeding up passing the light and any stray cars that came by.
“And you still have it now that you’ve turned? Did it get worse because of the transformation you went through?” She asked gently, knowing that it would be a touchy topic for Min to discus.
“I don’t plan on causing trouble for anyone, I just didn’t expect for a vampire to be at the school that I attend at.
She shook the hair from her face and rested her head on Min’s back. “Really? 200 years? That’s a long time. Long enough for him to understand the world truest works.”
She held on tightly as they sped around the streets, tightening her grip slightly as they got close to the cars

“Yeah, it got a bit worse, but it lowered a bit. Its not as much, so now i just get….” he paused. He didnt want to sound scary to her or anything. “My moods can just change quicker than a normal persons. If that makes sense” he says with a sigh, cringing at him self. Man, he sucked at explaining things.
“Its fine, i know you wont anymore. I just really dont like attention. I could never be famous. Man, i would die.. anyway” he shook himself from getting too distracted. “I didnt want to take any chances of getting attention drawn to me.”
He came to another slow stop closer to the woods near a closed gas station. It was almost pitch dark but both of them could see eachother just fine.
“Yeah, hes a gardener. Since plants live so long i guess? I dont know. But yeah, hes really sweet. Cass was his name? I cant remember” he shrugged as he slid off of the motorcycle and offered his hand to help her off.
“Can it be triggered by something? …or someone?” She asked cautiously, not wanting pry but also not wanting to make a mistake later on by upsetting him.
“Believe me, the last thing I want is attention drawn to me.”
Val carefully took his hand and pulled herself off the bike, keeping her hand in his for an awkwardly long moment before gently letting go with a thankful nod and adjusting her bag.
“He sounds to me like Carlisle.” She teased lightly, a smile spreading on her lips.
“Has done things in his past but now has had time to recollect and live his life happily.”

“Traumatic things sure. Well not the bipolar. Thats just me living my life. Severe panic attacks can lead to schizophrenic episodes and its kind of crazy for me, but it doesn’t hurt anyone around me. Its just” he paused “scary. If that makes sense” he felt so weak saying something was scary. Like a little kid. Especially in front of a girl. But he tried not to let that get in his way.
Her hand in his felt nice, as he held onto it for a little while longer too until she slid it out from his. His cold hand dropped down to his side with a sigh. Hopefully she wouldnt have his scent on her too much.
“Actually, in the 1800s he says he was a duke. He killed his wife and had to watch all of his loved ones die. Man am i not looking forward to that. Anyway, hes sweet though. He’s strong so dont let his sweetness fool you if you ever meet him” he laughed a little bit. (Cassius is his actual name. Hes my legitimate vampire character. I love him ^3^)
Min turned his eyes towards the forest, still feeling the warmth of her hand in his. “So um….i guess ill see you tomorrow then?” He asked awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck, letting his hair fall over his forehead a little. He didnt really know what to say at the moment.
“I- had fun though. Thanks” he mumbled

“Sure, if my brother doesn’t ground me for the week.” She laughed softly at his awkward stance, never thinking that a vampire could get that adorably flustered. She desperately wanted to brush aside the hair hat had fallen into his eyes but knew he probably wouldn’t appreciate that much.
“I’m the one who should be thanking you, you’re the one who let me come along.” She said, now looking at the ground instead of his form.
She offered one last smile before heading over to the tree line that lead to the forest. A few feet away from Min, she turned and looked at him. “If you do ever want to hunt in the forest, there’s this small river on the south tide of the territory. It’s relatively safe around mid day and should be full of pray. Just don’t kill any of us.” She winked and slowly shifted into a wolf, fully disappearing into the woods

A small smile grew on his face when she saying her last words, but he tried to contain it.
"oh-okay" he says before watching her to, not wanting to just yet. Taken aback by the wink, he only laughed at it a little before watching her leave.
Once she was out of his few he hopped on his motorcycle and drove off, keeping his helmet off and letting the nights air brush along his skin and ruffle through his clothes and hair.
Soon after a bit if happy riding he pulled up at his house and waited there for a few seconds and his smile immediately dropped to the sound of his step father yelling and a glass shattering.
Looking down to his hands with a sigh, he stepped inside and braced himself for absolute chaos.
There was no way he would have let her come at this time of day. Right after schools a good time because he's out with his other friends. But now? Never.
