The Silencers are a group of assassins. They stalk the night as they watch their prey. You never know if one of them is right beside you.
Everyone knows about them, but not everyone knows about them.
Rumor has it that they're attending the biggest gala of the year, hoping to murder billionaire Francis Marsden.

So probably a o/o, if someone else wants to join they can.
I won't accept more than two, so please don't ask if there's already two people who have asked (since I'm going to bed and can't moderate).

Appearance: Vic has waist length, softly wavy pale pink hair. Her skin is a slight tan, and she has a a small beauty mark on the left side of her face. Her eyes are her defining feature: her left one is a surprisingly stunning grey, while her right is a brilliant telemagenta.

Personality: Quiet, reserved, happy to kill the right people, soft spot for children, determined, fierce

Background: When Vic was five, she was kidnapped from her family’s mansion. A ransom was put up to mooch money off her father Francis, but he didn’t care about her. Instead of murdering an innocent five-year-old, they took her in. Her new family gave her the name Victoria Palseni, removing all traces of her old life.
She knows where she came from, and she despises her biological family. So much so that when she was tasked with assassinating her father, she was all too happy to oblige. And, she’s willing to kill her mother and sisters if the need arises.

Appearance: Tall and graceful with excellent posture and an intimidating stare. Her hair is wavy and jet black, always twisted back into a tight french braid to keep it safely out of her cold hazel eyes. Has tawny brown skin crisscrossed by the occasional scar, the most visible of which cuts from her left eyebrow to her lower lip. She's obviously muscled with strong shoulders and arms.
Style: Stuff that's simple and easy to move in, so well worn leather boots, plain trousers, and short-sleeved tunics, sometimes paired with a plain brown traveling cloak.
Assassin Outfit: This is kind of hard to describe
Personality: Calm, cool, and collected with an eye for detail and a quick mind; Althea is a strategist and a damn good one at that. She takes time to weigh the decisions she makes, taking into account everything she can to ensure the best outcome. This, of course, means that she is prone to agonizing over easy decisions and taking too long to make choices in the heat of the moment. She wastes nothing in word or deed, which has led to underdeveloped interpersonal skills and a lacking understanding of emotion.
Likes: Puzzles, history, having a plan, knowing what people expect of her, crowded cities/ crowds in general, people watching
Dislikes: Dealing with emotions, that point in the plan when you have to start improvising, loud/overly energetic people, waisting time, the army
Background: Althea was conscripted into the army at the tender age of 15 and was immediately sent to fight at the front line. She quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a captain of her own platoon by the time she was 19. However, her soldiers were sent on what was basically a suicide mission without the intelligence or supplies they'd need to succeed. Althea was the only survivor and she deserted the army soon after returning home. Now determined to bring down the kingdom that had killed her friends, Althea joined an assassin's guild and bean taking jobs.

Background: Ran away as a teenager, took this job for the money originally until she could get on her feet, but now she's kinda stuck.

The three of them ran along the rooftops, heading towards Marsden Mansion. Vic was the leader of this mission, but the Silencers rarely used a leader.
Vic tried not to show how much joy this mission was bringing her. She held so much hatred against her father that she wanted him dead. And now he'd done something bad enough to warrant it.

Althea followed hesitantly in Vic's wake, nervous at the girl's reckless excitement for the mission. Francis Mardsen was a bad man, there was no denying that, but his evil was the most ordinary kind. The kind hundreds of men had been guilty of. "Calm down, Victoria. You'll ruin us before we've even begun if you can't keep that smile off your face."

"You have no idea how long I've waited for this moment," Vic said softly. It was true: she had wanted her father dead from the moment she knew what he did, or lack thereof.
Everyone knew her as Victoria Palseni. Few knew her true name: Anabella Marsden. And she wanted to keep it that way.
