I have a half dragon boy who has a sad story and I want him to have some fluffy cuddles. I don't care if it's romance or adoption, please someone active and literate join.

Name: Malachi
Gender: Male
Age: 7
Looks: Messy red hair, freckles, medium green eyes, light skin, a few scales on his shoulders and upper arms. He's a bit skinny for his age.
Outfit: A dark grey t-shirt, ripped in small places on the bottom rim, a pair of medium length shorts, and often likes to go barefoot.
Personality: Shy around new people, very slow to trust, and hesitant to use his abilities because if he were to hurt people, they would fear him. Once he feels comfortable, he's a happy little ball of sunshine. He's caring and very trusting. Protect him with hugs at all cost.
Other: People used to poke fun of him because of him not being entirely human. He was born of both dragon and human. When his birth mother realized that she created a monster, she tried to care for him, but discovered that she couldn't bear looking at her "sin." He tried to assure his mother that things would be alright when she had begun to abuse him. He has bruises on his arm from the worst of the impacts and the occasional scar.
(Age will be added depending on what we wanna do.)

(here's a dialogue exerpt, let me know if you need more!)

"The past few times I've talked to someone about these nightmares, dad put a bullet through his brain and mom walked out. My education flaked, so I'm a high-school dropout, and now I make minimum wage." Adrien huffed out, rage slipping into his tone. "Talking's never done me any good. Talking's the reason I'm alone. The inability for you to speak English brought us together. So far, the points in the 'not talking about it' section seem like a better choice. And, plus, I jut told you the basics anyways, which is the first time I've done that to anyone. So, how about we just don't get into details and continue watching the movie?"

Name: Tyler Kiwal
Gender: male
Age: 23
Looks: Tyler is a tall, lanky man. Standing just shy of six-foot-three, his golden-brown hair on his pale frame makes him look like a marshmello's top is perfectly done, just not the other bits. His eyes are a deep, sea-like blue surrounded by a golden wire glasses frame, and Tyler is often found smiling. He never takes his shirt off when there's not a closed door because he hates a birthmark on his back.
Outfit: Tyler is always wearing a flannel over some geeky t-shirt with a pair of jeans and a battered-up pair of converse.
Personality: Tyler is a bookworm. He's always reading a physical or e-book. If his headphones are on, you could safely bet it's an audiobook playing through them. He's also very internet savvy. He knows his way around sites such as Tumblr, but also can find good deals on Amazon.
Other: nothing I can think of!

Malachi was breathing hard, the crying and injuries littering his skin not making it any better. If he didn't get bandaged up soon, he might start feeling dizzy from all of the blood loss. The metallic taste was in his mouth already, some blood dripping from his forehead. His mother had done this. But it was his fault. It always was. She screamed at him and threw china at him. She made a monster. An abomination.
Mother knew best. Perhaps she'd be happier now without him. Black spots began to show on the edges of his vision. Dehydration…?
The boy fought to stay awake, but it was just so hard. Everything hurt, but he had to keep running away from home.
Malachi's tired body couldn't take anymore though and simply gave out, allowing unconsciousness to overtake him.

The warmed air startled Tyler Kiwal as he stepped out of the cabin. As he started out towards the forest, he heard soft sniffling noises from behind him. Tyler tried to sourse the sound before it died out. After wandering a bit, a small ball caught his eye. It was a little boy, beaten and buised. He decided to speak to see if the boy would wake up. "Hey. You okay buddy?" Tyler used a soothing voice. "It's okay, I promise I won't hurt you."

The huddled form on the ground made no other noise aside from labored breathing. He looked to be in quite the bit of pain to say the least. Tyler was smart not to try and jostle the boy awake as it might have made things worse. The green grass was splotched with this boy's blood. It was fortunate that he was not awake either as any rough movement would widen some of the smaller cuts.

"Hey, hey, it's okay." Tyler coaxed. "My name is Tyler, okay? I live in a house not too far from here. You have some cuts that need to be cleaned up, so is it okay if I carry you there? And if I rub against a cut and it hurts tell me, so I can move my hand. Or, would it make you more comfortable to walk?" Tyler wanted to give every option be could to the boy. He looked like he'd been abused, and the last thing that Tyler wanted to do was make the boy feel unsafe. Everyone deserves a safe space.

The boy still did not respond. He was completely out cold. It was ironic to say seeing as the boy normally was a light sleeper. He had not heard a single word the man had said. His small form had shut down from all the strain he had put himself through. His dragonesque features were hidden as they had reminded him of why his mother had hurt him. Why she wasn't happy. The man had no idea what he was, but despite this, action needed to be taken. There wasn't a lot of time.

"He must be asleep…" Tyler mumbled. He decided to run to his house and get the first aid kit to clean up the small boy's wounds. He would rather risk a panic attack than an infection. As he took off the boy's shirt, he noticed a small pair of wings protruding out of his middle back. "Oh my stars…" Tyler whispered. "He's a half-and-half."

group

The boy let out a small groan as he felt the fabric slide off of his bruised skin. His wings unfolded and with his shirt off, Tyler was able to see all the past scars that littered his body, specifically one of the worse ones on his shoulder near the few shining red scales there. To some the scales might seem quite beautiful, but to the village he had come from? More reason to call him a monster. They weren't too far off though. To Dragonkind, half breeds were a sin. Their kind were meant to mate with their own as were humans. He was considered the result of a sin to them. Which is why his father had no choice but to leave him along with his mother.
It seemed now that Malachi was no longer unconscious, but indeed half asleep.
"Make the pain stop… p-please…" he said, voice quiet and a bit hoarse. His clouded mind didn't register that anyone was around to hear him.

group
@TeamMezzo group

"Okay. You're alive." Tyler thanked his lucky stars for that one. "I don't know if you heard me, but my name is Tyler. I'm gonna put an antiseptic on your cuts. It'll be stingy for a minute, but it'll go away. Can you roll onto your back? I wanna inspect that side before I do anything." Tyler was curious to see the little one's face. The scales littering his back were absolutely gorgeous, and he was curious if the boy would have scales on his face.

group
@Painted-Iris group

Malachi's eyes seemed to widen, realizing someone was kneeling beside him. He wanted to get up and run before he could get hurt any further. But… he said he wanted to help. And his front was far worse than the back. His back mostly had old injuries, while his front was bleeding from several small cuts and a few deeper gashes. The boy decided it was best to do as he was asked. Now on his back, the man could see that he didn't have scales on his face, but simply freckles dotting his cheeks. Poking from his red hair were two tiny horns that were a golden color and were dull on the tips. They wouldn't stab him if he tried touching them.

group
@TeamMezzo group

"Oh christ," Tyler breathed out. "Okay, so would it make you uncomfortable if I pick you up? I want to take you to my house and have you take a bath. It will clean up all of your cuts so it will sting, but it can be a bubble bath, which are always fun! I've got a bunch of bath toys, too, for when I take care of my niece and nephew. It will be just you and me in the house. Sound good?" Tyler wanted to explain what was going on to the boy. He looked like he'd been an abuse victim, and so Tyler was planning on explaining everything to make him more comfortable and "in the know".

Malachi nibbled lightly on his lower lip. The man - Tyler - could only do so much out here in the forest. And it would be just them. His body was in no condition to move on his own either. "Okay," the boy managed to say. It would be weird to be carried by a stranger, but he said he could take the pain away.

group
@TeamMezzo group

"Okay." Tyler scooped up the small boy bridal-style. "Oh yeah, do you have a name," Tyler asked as he started walking. "I want to know what to call you."

group
@Painted-Iris group

Malachi's eyes widened as he was suddenly moved from the ground, but seemed to attempt to relax as he was carried to the other's home. Hearing the question, the boy looked up into Tyler's gentle blue eyes. It was strange how he wasn't scared of a half breed like himself. After a few seconds, he gave his reply.
"My name… is Malachi," he said, managing not to stutter.

@TeamMezzo group

"Well, sir Malachai," Tyler said, a small blush highlighting Tyler's freckles at the boy's cute voice. "I'm Tyler. My house is just through here." After maybe twenty more yards, the boys approached a small ranch house that looked like something out of a Hallmark film. They walked past the entryway into the living room where Tyler set Malachai on the dusty blue couch. "I'm gonna run you a nice warm bath. Do you want regular bubbles or the kind with the Warm Vanilla Sugar scent? I can bring them out if you'd like."

group
@Painted-Iris group

The small boy felt confused seeing the man blush. All Malachi had done was say his name. Seeing the home, he felt amazed. His old home had been quite small in comparison. The inside was nicer than he could have ever predicted. Nicely arranged furniture, a cozy feel in the room, and the bathroom was probably just as nice. The couch beneath him felt so good beneath him as well. "Um. You can pick," Malachi said simply. He didn't know there was such thing as vanilla sugar and didn't know what was better.

group
@TeamMezzo group

"Alright!" Tyler trotted off to the bathroom and ran the bath. He chose the Warm Vanilla Sugar bubbles. Once the bath was done, Tyler came back to get Malachai. "Okay, can you walk? I know I carried you here, but I want you to be able to undress and take your bath without me hovering over."
