Michi collapsed on a chair, glad for a break. She pulled her phone out, texting Sita without really realizing it.
How's your day going?

Michi collapsed on a chair, glad for a break. She pulled her phone out, texting Sita without really realizing it.
How's your day going?
Sita looked at her phone as it buzzed, eagerly picking it up when she saw it was Michi.
It's been normal. And yours?
group
Tiring. Dinner is swamped again. π₯
Jeez. I can make something and bring it over, or buy something.
group
You would do that? Michi smile to herself, fatigue forgotten.
Yeah. Don't really know where you live though, Sita admitted.
group
Michi giggled to herself.
I didn't think you would. Think you could find a place were no one can see you? I'll get a portal up when you're good.
Yeah. Behind that one Italian restaurant by the memorial square? No one ever goes there.
group
Okay, sounds good. Text me when you get there. Michi smiled, clicking her phone off. She stood, stretching.
(sorry I had home issues)
Sita grinned to herself and finished her lunch, throwing away the wrapper and waving a cheerful goodbye to Nicholas before stepping out onto the street.
group
Nearly dancing with excitement, Michi retrieved her portal device, ready to open it up for Sita.
(sorry I have issues at home, my next few replies will be few and far between)
Sita glanced around the parking lot behind the restauarant, raising an eyebrow at the empty space.
group
(I totally understand.)
Finally, Michi opened the portal, poking her head out.
"Sita."
(thanks!)
Sita looked up in surprise and smiled, taking a step towards it. "Hey, Michi."
group
Michi smiled, stepping completely through the portal.
"Long time, no see, huh?" She asked with a grin, kissing her cheek lightly.
group
"I'd say." Michi gave a sappy grin. She was loving this time together.
βToo long.β
group
"Mm, most definitely." Michi slipped her hand into Sita's.
βThe restaurant is over here,β Sita led, walking out of the space.
group
Michi put her head on Sita's shoulder.
Sita opened the door and let Michi go inside first, walking up to the counter and ordering something for herself to go. "What do you want?" She asked, looking down at Michi.
group
"Um, I'm good with some spaghetti." She giggled, as if it were an inside joke.
"Okay," She said with a small smile, turning and ordering for Michi. As soon as he'd turned, she grinned down at her. "What was that about?"
group
Michi waved har hand.
"Oh, nothing. My sister used to say that she'd have a heart attack if she ever saw me eating at another resturaunt."
"Why?" Sita laughed a little, tilting her head at her.
group
"She's big on promoting her place; she likes saying the pop star Michi only eats there." Michi laughed.
"Oh. Wow. I can see that," She admitted, smiling and going up to collect their orders. "Here you go."
group
Michi smiled, the smell of the food wafting up.
"Thanks again for this."
"It's nothing, honest," Sita said, starting to walk out of the shop.
