Soft Meadows Mental Hospital (One on One) (Open)

The Soft Meadows Mental Hospital is a place where those with mental challenges are sent to be rehabilitated. Our two characters will be put into this environment to see if they are able to handle the strange energy that is settled in the building.

So my character’s information is going to be listed below eventually, but essentially he is a student at a nearby college that is majoring in psychology. With that, to get college credits, he is volunteering and observing at the institution. What’s unknown is that working in that environment has caused a few things, including triggering his undiagnosed multiple personality disorder. Have your character be a patient or whatever else.

Name: Damien Hughes.
Age: 23 years old.
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Bisexual with no lean, and is a switch.
Appearance: (Based off of https://www.instagram.com/heir.of.atticus/?hl=en). He has black, thick, wavy hair that tends to part down the middle at times. His eyes are on the slender side and are a hazel color with flecks of brown around the irises. His lips are an average size, though could be considered a tad plump for a male to have. His nose and cheekbones are spotted with dark freckles. His skin is decently tanned due to his Spanish heritage. He stands at around 6’2, and his body type is slender in a toned muscle sort of way. He also has pierced ears and various different tattoos on his body. He also seems to constantly have red marks under his eyes due to not having enough sleep.
Personality: He is a very calm person. He’s more on the introverted side with most people. He is kind, helpful, and gentle. He tends to get flustered a bit easily by certain things and seems to be a bit conservative with things like cursing and sexual relations. He’s very compassionate and empathetic, enjoying physical comforts from others.
Likes: Thunderstorms, psychology, helping others, things having to do with the Spanish culture, black turtlenecks, and silver chains.
Dislikes: Cursing, violence, dangerous activities, and pressure.
Background/Bio(optional): Will be revealed throughout the rp, but in short, he is half German/half Spanish and immigrated to the US when he was 16. He goes to a college where he majors in psychology. To earn credits for his classes, he volunteers and is an observer at the Soft Meadows Mental Hospital. What he doesn’t know is that he is suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder causes by childhood trauma. The blackouts (unknown to him) began ever since he started working at the Hospital.

Age: 21 years old.
Gender: Male.
Sexuality: Bisexual with a male lean, more on the dominant side.
Appearance: (Same as Damien’s).
Personality: He is very loud and out there. He seems a bit on the psychotic and unstable side. He is the very vulgar type, having no filter whatsoever no matter what the subject is. He never has genuine caring feelings for people. While he feels attraction towards others, he never has genuine feelings for them. He is witty and sharp tongued, being aggressive with his words at times. He does care about Damien. He is aware he is a personality of Damien, and while he doesn’t care what harm happens to Damien’s body, he makes sure to keep his feelings in tact (as in if someone were to upset Damien, he would come out and take care of it).
Likes: Dancing, slow music, blood, violent things, dangerous activities, people listening to him, and pretty people.
Dislikes: Being called Damien, prude people, religion, Damien getting emotionally hurt, and not getting his way.
Background/Bio(optional): N/A (Besides the fact that he believes himself to be a dancer of sorts, though his movements are always slow and clumsy)

(Ok sorry about that, I’ve been busy because I’m getting home from vacation! I’ll have it done in 10)

This was Damien’s 4th week helping out at Soft Meadows. He did like the work. All he did was talk to the patients and provide them company. It was a way for him to learn how mental illnesses work in first hand experience, and most of the patients enjoyed the company.

He strode into the main lobby, wearing his black turtleneck, black loose fitting pants, black converse, a sky blue flannel materiel shirt with cloudy designs all over it, his silver chain necklace, and his earrings (one being a black stud and the other being a silver cross dangling from a silver chain). What he wore along with his gauge nose piercing made people give him interesting looks. It was just his style, and he liked it. He was given a visitors pass, and he made his way into the Common Area, searching for someone to talk with

Damien noticed the blonde haired male across the room. He appeared to be stressed and tense, and the boy on his phone wasn’t doing much at all to help. He brushed his fingers over the chain around his throat as he made his way over to the male. He grabbed a chair as he did so, tugging it over to sit near to him.

Noticing the drop of blood, he took a tissue from his pocket and held it out to the male. “Hey, need this?” he offered, one of his brows arching. He then tilted his head to look at the paper that had been drawn on. “What are you trying to draw?”

Damien held a friendly smile on his lips as he listened to the male. “Ah, I see. It is very different to switch to this. But I’m sure you’ll get used to it,” he said, shifting in his chair to lean back in his seat. When the other volunteer spoke up, he looked over, still holding the smile. “Nothing much. Looking at something pretty interesting, huh?” he asked, his tone having the passive edge of scorn at the fact that he was sitting on his phone instead of helping out.
