He closed his eyes for a moment.

She sighed softly, relaxing a bit before laughing at some joke on the show.
He let out a quiet laugh at the show.
She smiled at his laugh. It was nice…
He ran his free hand through his hair.
”This is nice.” she commented softly, still drawing little circles on the back of his hand.
He nodded. "Mhm… Though not nice that I'm sick."
"No." she chuckled softly. "That part's not so good."
He nodded a little bit.
"Are you feeling any better?" she asked.
He shrugged. "A little bit."
She smiled at him. "That's good at least."
He nodded. "Mhm."
“Are you hungry or do you need anything?”
"I'm okay." he replied softly.
She nodded giving him a soft smile. ”Ok.”
He smiled softly.
She smiled back at him, giving his hand another light squeeze.
He ran a hand through his hair.
She kept an eye on him as she continued to trace light little circles against the back of his hand.
He kept watching the show, blinking a little bit.
She sighed and loosened her grip on his hand slightly. ”Do you want me to stay?” she asked, feeling like she was actually keeping him from getting better when he needed to rest more.
He nodded a little bit. "Please?"
”Alright.” she smiled softly at him. ”I’ll stay longer.” she assured him, threading their fingers together.
He nodded slightly. "Thanks."
”You’re welcome.” she said, still smiling at him.
He stretched a little.
“You still tired?” she asked.
He nodded. "Mhm."
She smiled a little with a soft chuckle. ”You might sleep better if we got you to your room.” she suggested.
