Jade continued to chuckle until she felt less red than earlier. She sighed and slowly raised her head. Would I mind though? she wondered.

group

(answer: no. she wouldn't mind at all.)

@ElderGod-Icefire

(lmaooo)

Killian wiggled his eyebrows at her, then took a sip of his soda, still smirking.

group

Jade let out a small snort and hid her face again. ”Why?” she laughed into her hands, her shoulders shaking.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian laughed again. "Why not?" he replied.

group

Jade was tempted to throw her empty soda can at him for embarrassing her. But she felt that would only cause him more amusement.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian took another sip from his nearly empty soda bottle.

group

Jade sighed again and stopped laughing. ”Are you done mocking me yet? Or should I just leave while I still have some dignity?” she asked half joking.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian laughed a little bit. "Hmmm…me?" he asked. "Mocking? Never."

group

Jade ran her hands up and through her hair. ”Yes. You. With that smirk and those eyebrows just now. That was mocking.” she smiled playfully.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian shrugged. "What, you don't like my face?" he asked, laughing again.

group

Jade smiled and shook her head. ”Your face is fine. It was the expression.” she chuckled.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian smirked lightly. "Why thank you, miss." he replied, shaking his head at her.

group

”Whatever.” Jade scoffed lightly. She folded her hands in her lap, unsure what else to say or do at the moment. There was one question that came to her mind but… she was hesitant to ask it.

@ElderGod-Icefire

(gtg to bed now. Good night!)

Killian smiled lightly, stretching. His can was empty now, and he set it down.

group

(Good night.)

Jade opened her mouth… Then closed it. She wasn't sure if she should ask. She knew it would be better to deal with it on her own but… Maybe it couldn't hurt either… Could it?

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian raised his eyebrows at her. "You alright?"

group

Jade nodded. ”Yeah. I’m fine … Just wondering something.” she admitted, unsure if she should elaborate.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"What?" Killian asked curiously, raising his eyebrows at her and leaning forward.

group

Jade sighed. ”It’s probably not going to work but…” she hesitated but finally admitted, ”I was wondering if there was a way you could cast a spell or something to prevent me from freezing up in a fight, like yesterday, without removing my memories?”

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian frowned a little bit. "I'm…not sure." He replied slowly. "It would be complicated, and… I don't know what all causes the freezing, so…"

group

Jade nodded. ”I think it's just being restrained that way that brings up the memories.” she sighed. ”I… I know I have to deal with it myself somehow but if there was a way for you to just make it a reflex for me to get out of that hold…”

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian nodded a little bit. "Yeah. I'll…think about it." He replied softly. "I can't…this isn't something I can just whip up in seconds."

group

”I understand.” Jade sighed, a little relieved at the fact that it may be possible after all… But she wasn't completely certain that she wanted it. It wasn't that she didn't trust Killian; she knew she did now, it was just the apprehension of whether or not this was a good idea.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian nodded. "I'll think on it. Try to figure out some sort of solution for you."

group

”Thank you, Killian. I really appreciate it.” Jade said honestly with a small smile.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian nodded. "Yeah, you're welcome." he replied with a smile.

group

Jade hummed a little before standing up. ”I should probably go.” she said softly.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Killian nodded. "Alright." he replied, standing as well.

group

”Thank you again for everything.” Jade smiled, holding back from hugging him goodbye.
