Every child dreams of waking up with super powers, but what happens when they do?
The government quickly wisks them away, replacing them with genetically engineered children.
The children with powers are raised as spys, assassins, kept in secret untill their dying days. 
The rouges are put down or imprisoned for the rest of their lives. After all, there's no use for a weapon that doesn't work. However, sometimes these children slip under the radar going unnoticed till adulthood.

Power- Teleportation
Rules of their power- He can teleport anywhere, as long as he can see it. For instance, he can teleport into a room in a building if he's looking through a window. This is why he always brings a telescope with him wherever he goes. It's limited by his vision, so if he's locked in a windowless room, he can't get out.
Control over power?- Yes. He has to, because he's a hero. It took him many years of practice to do so, though.

Name- Mavi Crow
Nickname/alias- Crown Vetch
Gender- Female
Age- (18-20) 19
Power- plant manipulation, and Crown vetch poison (hence the nick name. Crown vetch is a poisonous plant that lets off a fume that makes anyone who inhales it dizzy)
Rules of their power- Mavi can make/accelerate the growth of any plant. Though it does take some concentrate. As for the poison, it leaks from her skin depending on her mood. But if to much is used the effects reverse on her, making her dizzy. And in extreme cases, can make her feel like she's burning from the inside out.
Control over power?- plant manipulation, yes. Poison, not so much. Her emotions have a lot to do with it.
weakness- extreme temperatures, her love of nature
Fears- losing the only family she has left (an older brother) losing control
Strengths- long distance fighting, and flexibility. She also has a pretty good knowledge of poisonous plants.

(Love your character! So I was thinking maybe both or at least one of them works for the organization already. If just the one, then maybe we could start with the other bringing them in?)

(Oh jeez, I don't know. It could honestly go either way. Your guy has a relatively good control over his power, do you think he would figure it out on his own or need the help of people that understood it better? Mavi on the other hand struggles with her ability, and can lose control easily. But she also has a brother that also has an ability, though his isn't anywhere near as flashy and is easily hidden.)

(Honestly, Calen would probably need someone else's help to control his ability. He might try to train, but he wouldn't do a very good job of learning by himself. Maybe they just brought Mavi in?)

Mavi Crow actually couldn't remember much about her parents, or much about most of her childhood. She'd always suspected her brother had something to do with that. What she'd never expected however, was that her older brother would have been part of an organization made for people with strange abilities. And she'd certainly never expected to wake up with powers of her own one day. Strang as it was Mavi had always thought she'd have had something similar to Vesuvius', but boy was she wrong.
The day Mavi Crow woke up with her strange abilities was the day she woke up in a strange room. It had felt like everything was spinning, but looking back on it that had just been the poison that leaked off her body. She didnt discover the plant manipulation untill the following day. That had been after her brother had explaimed everything- well more like showed her. The siblings never really had need for words when Vesuvius could just implant or change one's memories.
A few days later however, Mavi Crow couldn't have guessed who was about to get thrown in her life.

The room was small and cramped. Even worse, there were no evident windows or doors to look through, so there was no way to teleport out and escape.
Calen paced around the room in a circle, although there wasn't much ground to cover. The room was ridiculously tiny, and it made his claustrophobia rise up. He was breathing in sharp, quick breaths, trying not to panic, although he knew that he would be panicking any moment here. The walls were closing in on him and he was going to be squished-
There's no way out. I'm stuck here and I can't get out and I'll die here-
He took in a deep, shuddering breath and clenched his fingernails into his palms, the pain distracting him - mostly, anyway - from those thoughts.

mavi had been briefed on the situation. She wasn't the most comfortable with her powers yet, but it seemed easy enough.
She took a deep breath, sliding the gass mask over her nose and mouth. She'd been building up her tolerance to her poison, but it still made her dizzy. "Ready?" Vesuvius asked. He seemed tense. It would have been easy enough for him to go in and replace Calen's memories- but their organization believed in honesty. Well at least to an extent- "yeah," Mavi offered a smile that was hidden by her mask.
A hole in the wall opened up and mavi stepped through. As the door closed, her poison slowly started to fill the air. It was a few more minutes before another hole in the wall opened up, allowing her to see Calen.
Mavi thought two doors was over kill- but she guessed with his powers escape would have been easy if there had only been one. "Hello."

A hole opened in the wall, and Calen didn't even care where it led. He just wanted to get out of this room. He glanced at the floor through the rapidly widening hole and with a feeling of vertigo, he was in the new room.
There was a girl and another guy there, around his age, and the girl was expelling poison from her skin. He pursed his lips and retreated to the corner of the room where the poison had not yet reached.

Mavi half panicked at the sight of Calen. She wasn't ready for this kind of thing. What if she hurt him, or even her brother? She could smell The sickening sweet sent of her poison though the mask. Mavi needed to calm down or else they'd all be stumbling around.
Vesuvius reached out and took his sisters hand, she felt a calmness wash through her. He was her rock. Her safety net. Nothing could go wrong as long as she had him by her side.
"Calen, I'm Vesuvius," He took the liberty of making the intrasuctions. "Do you know why you're here?"

(Would they know each other before hand, or was that mind reading? Sorry, just making sure.)

Calen almost flinched when he realized that a little boy knew his name… how did he know this? It made his worried and wary. He pursed his lips.
"I-uh… no. No, I don't." He tried his best not to notice the poison that was slowly emptying from the room, and how small the space was. "Do you have any ideas?"

"I do," Vesuvius squinted, trying to show that he was smiling under his gas mask. "We're in a place that helps people like us control and understand our abilities." He gestured to Mavi. "This is my sister, she also has a power. It's the poison thats currently filling the room, but don't worry it wont harm you." much.
Mavi wished he wouldn't suger coat everything so much. The poison could in fact hurt Calen. Heck it could gurt them all, even with the gas masks.
Mavi took a calming breath and could have sworn she tasted the poison. But that could have just been the fact that she was said poison.

"How do you know where we are?" Calen was wary of these two strangers. He didn't trust them, not when he had just been trapped in a room and kidnapped.
So, he didn't trust them at all. They could be spying on him.

Vesuvius tapped the mask that was secured over his mouth and nose. "They same way i got this." Mavi could tell he was already starting to lose his cool.
"We're with the people who are responsible for bringing you in," kidnapping. "and me and my sister are here to welcome you to our organization."
There was a reason Vesuvius was always there to welcome new power holders. And that was because he could get in their minds, change memories and feelings. And if he wanted, completely destroy one's mind.
By the faint glow of Vesuvius' eyes Mavi could already tell he was going in.
"But," she cut in breaking her brothers foucous, "We're not here to hurt you. We know of your ability and what you can do. Like Vesuvius said our organization helps people like us. They give us the training we need to be able to safely control our powers, and to keep those powers secret." Speaking for taining, Mavi was severely undertrained.
The room was spinning and not because she could smell her own poison, no the mask did a good job of keeping it out. But because she was releasing to much.
Actually, the room was doing much more then spinning. The floor seemed to be getting closer, and the last thing she heard before promptly falling face first into the concrete ground, was a string of curses coming from her brother.

"I already know how to control my powers," Calen cut in, his voice sharp and angry. "I don't understand why that requires me to be kidnapped by a bunch of strangers." He glanced at the girl in the room, who seemed to be letting out the poison, and tensed even more.
She was dangerous. And so was the boy, from the feel of it.
But he couldn't get out.
