"Yeah…" Yuki looked one more time over the ocean, "You're right." She followed her friend onto the bus. Yuki hated school, one she always felt unwelcomed by most people and she just hated school. She much rather have P.E all day. Yuki was a very active girl, anything that had to do with moving she would do it. But once again she heard the voice and before the bus started moving she jumped out and ran onto the beach. There was definitely a voice, she wasn't crazy. Everyone on the bus watch as she jumped the wall and landed in the sand. Looking back she raised her eyebrow with a smile seeing if Callista would follow.

Lesley had been at the school for a short time now and started to wonder if he'd see that girl again but didn't say anything to his friends about her. For the most part of the morning until the first bell he would try to practice a new trick on his skateboard but today he just sat and watched the doors quietly as a few spirits drifted by and his wings kept hidden. He pulled on his beanie ignoring the teacher who had told him to take it off a couple days ago, well actually it was the same teacher every time.
Cal followed Yuki without question, her movements fluid and trusting.
"You owe me one. My attendance and grades are most likely going to suffer from this," she said, a false look of exasperation crossing her face as she stuck closely behind Yuki. "Assuming you heard this mysterious voice again, where are we going to look for it? I don't quite fancy a swim at the moment."
Yuki giggled, the way her friend talked was always so polite, even though they've known each other since preschool. "I may be crazy, but I'm definitely going to check it out if it means skipping school." It was the beginning of spring so it wasn't too cold, but no one would want to swim in the ocean at this time of year. As she closer a strange feeling took over. So focused on the ocean, Yuki hadn't realized the sand under Callista's feet began to disappear.

Cal didn't pay much attention to the feeling of sand shifting beneath her feet, as that was only natural at the beach. It was only when her feet were almost ankle-deep that she decided to notify Yuki about it.
"Maybe you were right to come back here. Sand doesn't normally shift this much." Cal said, stepping out of the sand and to the side. "Bleh, I have sand in my shoes now," she added, scrunching her nose and sticking her tongue out.
Yuki turned to see the sand moving in a circle, as if it was a current stuck in a loop. "That is strange." Yuki hovered her foot over it. As she did so it shifted again, but it seemed to wrap around her ankle. "What?" With one simple pull her other leg fell out from under her and she was being pulled down. "Cal!" Clawing at the sand Yuki hoped she could get out, but it just slipped through her fingers. A few seconds and she had been completely submerged in the sand.
Cal dove at the sand as soon as she saw Yuki's legs wiped out from under her. She couldn't believe she'd let this happen. Her fingers had brushed right past Yuki, and she'd fallen to the ground. Cal desperately clawed at the sand, trying to find any sort of entrance to some sort of underground cave-but there was nothing to be found.
"Come on, come o-" Cal yelped as the sand behind her suddenly gave way.
Was this it? Was she going to die right then? She was falling, but she couldn't tell if she was falling slowly or falling down a long tunnel.

Getting board and not really caring Lesley left and went back to that wall but hearing screams he jumped off his board and ran to the calling "Hello!? Is someone there?". Reaching the bank of sand he took of his shoes and sock to protect them from sand then ran to where he had heard the screams only too soon did he realize he was too late.
Too late did he realize that the sand around his feet had shifted and gave way to him. Lesley let out a scream of shock and horror as he fell
