Once they reached the gate, Crystal walked inside looking around. She was scared too but she was too determined to find Conny and return Little Bunny to admit it right now.

Hiro continued following behind Crystal. "I don't see a sign of Conny anywhere… Maybe she already left, then."
Crystal shook her head. “She still wouldn’t have left without Little Bunny…” she muttered as she noticed the truck. “Is that what a truck looks like in person? It’s bigger than I thought…”

"Yeah, you're right," Hiro agreed. "And yeah, wow… it's huge. It seems the back of it is shut… maybe it's unlocked?"
Crystal shrugged as she went towards the back. She noticed the curtain and tilted her head. “What’s behind here?” she asked as she moved the curtain. She dropped Little Bunny and started to walk backwards, covering her mouth.

Hiro was distracted by a bee at this point, so he hadn't noticed what was behind the curtain yet. Though, he did hear a shuffling movement. "What is it?" he asked, turning around and approaching Crystal. "It must be nothi- Oh. Oh my god."
Tears were falling down Crystal’s face. “C…Conny…”

"She's… She's…" Hiro began, turning away and slouching forward, followed by him hurling. "Ughhh…"
“D…Does Mom know about this….?” Crystal asked, unable to take her eyes off of Conny’s body.

Hiro wiped his mouth. "There's no way… She wouldn't have sent Conny out here if she had known this would happen to her-" Hiro puked again, the image of Conny's body unable to be removed from is mind.
“Y-Yeah…y-you’re right, M-Mom wouldn’t do that…” Crystal nodded, her voice breaking. She couldn’t believe this.

Hiro continued vomiting, unable to keep his composure. After a while, he passed out, still shaken up by the image if Conny's body that had been displaying in his mind.
Crystal started to sob quietly. If this is what happened to Conny, did this happen to the others too?! she asked herself.

Hiro remained unconcious.
Crystal heard something and moved herself and Hiro under the truck.

Hiro mumbled a bit while he was conked out, and eventually, he woke up. "Wh- What happened-" he said aloud, unaware of what was approaching them.
“Shh!” Crystal put a finger to her mouth.

Hiro nodded, then whispered, "What's going on?"
“I don’t know!” Crystal whispered. “You passed out after we saw Connie’s body…”

"Oh, yikes," he continued whispering.
“Yeah…” Crystal nodded, trying not to sob again.

Hiro noticed that Crystal was about to begin sobbing again and hugged her tightly. "Don't cry… We'll find a way out of here, remember? That escape plan we worked on… Once we get out from under here, we can set the plan in motion."
Crystal hugged back, nodding. “I-It’s just…”

Hiro pat Crystal on the back. "Don't worry about a thing. I'll get us out of here… No matter what it takes. I wont let anyone else get hurt, even if it means I'm the one who has to get hurt."
Crystal wiped her eyes. “I swear to god, you better not get hurt…”

"I'll try not to, but… I can't make any promises," he began once more. "Though, given the circumstances… staying away from danger isn't really an option anymore. That'll just lead to more people dying, and that's no good."
Crystal nodded, going silent. “And when we get out of here, we’re going to save everyone.”

"Yeah, definitely," Hiro said, agreeing. "We can't let anyone get hurt… Not like Conny… Not like the others before her. We can't put up with this anymore."
Crystal wiped her eyes. “Exactly.”
