What does "being strange" with our characters mean exactly?

More unique I guess, people who are out of the ordinary or don't act like the majority

Zine seems to be panicked about something, something that's trying to kill him.

Declan walked by, humming as he made the small clouds around him move a bit, they usually stayed around his head but today they were everywhere and it was honestly making him a bit pissed. "Stay in one spot or go away." He hissed at them, trying to shoo them away with his hands.

Zine notices him. "Nice clouds, that's cool!" He calms down a bit.

Declan's face stayed stoic but he did give a prideful glance down to his clouds. "Thanks, mate, they don't call me Cloud Jumper without a reason."

"That makes sense. What's your name? Mine's Zine." Giving a cheerful smile.

"Hm, oh, Cloud Jumper is what you can call me. I'm traveling with the circus that just came into town, I'm the trapeze act." He introduces himself with a small bow.
