It's actually part of become a devotee, making your own circlet. well, sorta. You take a special sort of steel and drop your main Materials (umm, poems, song lyrics, etc) into it as well as a thing of wax from your local shrine

Okay, so I have a few questions. Is this modern? And what does "shrine position" mean? Any limitations to the blessed objects?

The world is kinda a dystopian setting in the way that there's limmited technology and anything can be done with magic.
Like, no cell phones, but there is radio equipement.
