Macey watched as he left. Truthfully, she felt a little bad for doing it, but she didn't need him around. He didn't even know her name, so why should he care? She wasn't anything special, just some girl looking after herself."
The Violin That Echoes Upon The Mountain // PRIVATE
group
He walked through the woods trying to find his way home. Unfortunately, he forgot where he came from.
He wandered and searched for any signs. Anything that he remembers from his way here. But with no luck
A tree struck up a conversation with Macey, and she chatted back. When another one joined in, they just talked. This was often how Macey spent her days. Alone. With just the trees.
group
(so like, what happens now?)
(well preferably he might figure out that he can't exit the woods, that it seems like the trees are stopping him
so he goes back to macey and tells her what happened or something)
group
(Roger that)
He wandered around a little more until he found an exit. "Finally!" he says running up to the exit.
Suddenly the trees started moving as they did before when the girl had trapped him with it. The trees blocked his way.
He tried to go around but the trees moved that way too! After a little bit of trying to get through them, he finally gave up.
"what am I supposed to do now?" He says with a sigh sitting on the ground leaning against a rock.
While talking to the trees, Macey continued to skin the bear and cut up its meat. When she was finished, she wrapped it up in wax paper that her father brought back from one of his odd visits ages ago, and she pulled out her violin. Playing it, ice formed in the wooden box inside the cabin. It would appear when she needed it to keep animal meat cold, and it would disappear when it wasn't needed. She walked inside and placed the meat, covered in wax paper, into the box lined with ice.

Seong-Jin quickly managed to find his way back to the girls house. He came out of the trees and into the clearing, looking around for her. "Hey magic girl! What's going on here!?" He shouted
Macey looked up, confused. Why did he come back? She'd told him to leave. However…a part of her had wanted him to. She went outside to see him. Then she remembered hearing the distant trees whispering to block him off.
She yelled at them in the foreign language, and she heard them say sorry back.
group
"Hey! What was that back here! Did you have anything to do with this, ?!" He says turning around and looking at the trees.
"No." Macey said simply. "True, it was the trees. But I didn't tell them to do anything. They did it on their own free will. I was harvesting the bear's meat." She completely forgot that she had blood on her body and clothes, as she hadn't gone to the river yet.
group
He paused to look at her and her clothes. This girl was a savage!!!
"Uh, why though?" He asks her
"That I don't know." She yelled something in the language, and then she waited for answer. "They do not wish to explain themselves."
group
"Eisham!" He cursed to.himself. how was he supposed to get back home?!
"Why?" He asks her, confused.
"I told you, I don't know. Sometimes the trees do their own thing, and I have no power to stop them. Besides. What is the point? They'll just do it anyway."
group
"Well i need to get home. How am i supposed to do that?" He asks her raking his hands through his hair and pursing his lips into a thin line before taking a deep breath.
"I don't know. I don't know where the city is. I only know the Lunar Mountains and the Solar Valleys, however I have never actually traveled into the Solar Valleys. In fact, I rarely ever travel very far from my cabin."
group
"So you don't know how to get me out? I'm just….just stuck here? I have a job….oh I'm gonna get fired for sure. D@mnit." He cursed himself.
"I don't know!" Macey yelled. "I can't control the trees! I communicate to them, and they listen! I don't tell them what to do! If they don't want you to leave, then you're not gonna leave!"
group
He let out a sigh and rubbing the small bridge of his nose. "Okay. Sorry." He says looking back at her. He really didn't like people yelling.
Macey looked down. She grabbed her violin and walked down to the river. There, she jumped in and began to wash off.
group
He followed her, unaware of what she was doing. "So what do you think i should do while I'm here? Do you think they'll let me go sometime…..ever?"
"I told you that I do not know. The trees have wills of their own. I cannot control them." She began to strip, wanting to clean her body.
group
"Well-" his eyes widened and he quickly turned around when she began to strip. "Im right here ya know! At least tell me when you're doing that!"
"Why should I? I don't care. I do this every day. It is a daily occurrence. I'm not going to stop simply because you are here."
group
"You know…you're lucky it's me here and not some pervert," he says rolling his eyes, though still turned around not facing her.
"I'm not lucky you're here," She said simply, moving to be under the small waterfall. "Not lucky at all."
group
"Okay that hurts" he says not really appreciating her rude remarks and comments one bit. "Could you at least try to be softer with your words?"
"No." The water was becoming a soft red colour as the blood washed out of her clothes and off her body. Macey sighed. "I shan't change my way of speaking simply because you are here. I have had this routine since I was 15, such as you might of had yours for a while."
group
He sighed and rubbed the small bridge of his nose. He was getting quite annoyed with her. "Well, my ways aren't rude." He says rolling his eyes. He wasn't going to totally leave her, though he was tempted. For all, he knew she was the only one out here. Hell, the man-eating bears are probably nicer than her.
