I do have a few. So, where do you plan to have this rp go, and could you possibly go into a little more detail, and what are the limitations of the magic in this universe? Would I also be the female witch or does that part belong to you?
1.) In terms of plot, the base of it will center around the French Revolution. Said main character is particularly rebellious to social norms of that time (putting her in positions of danger very frequently), and in the process making many enemies and many friends, and perhaps a lover (whom can be either female or male, I have no preference in relationship type). They'll experience a near death or life changing experience that reveals "magic" and that will be used to prevent revolution and mass chaos of the country. Kind of a nice underdog hero trope.
2.) Magic is nature based, i.e. somewhat pagan. Nothing massive or life changing and little to no physical manipulation (like, no waterbending or such). If the plot calls for magic beyond these limitations I'll specify & allow :)
3.) You'd be the main character, I'd be everything else, mostly.
Also side note: the "witch" in the title comes from the fact that she is such an outlier (and the magic of course). Itd be kind of a slur in those times because accusing someone of witchcraft, well.. could cost them their lives :/
Alright, makes sense. As for the magic, I have a healer in mind, who bases her abilities of herbs and medicine. Would that be alright?
She'll have access to a wide variety of magic once she discovers it, but if she chooses to take a particular interest or knack in one subject of magic that's totally fine! It's just like being good at drawing, but especially good and inclined towards graphite.. so yeah 👌

Name: Esmée Bonnefoy
Age: 22
Personality:Esmée is someone you don't want to mess with. She may have a pretty face, but she can be extremely quick minded and harsh. She has a tendency to stick her nose where she doesn't belong, and she has a loud voice and is very outspoken. She's not scared to call people out and this tends to get her into trouble. Her anger sometimes gets the best of her.
Appearance: Esmée has beautiful golden blonde hair that reaches the small of her back. It's usually in a braid, or carefully pulled back. She has sharp blue eyes that could cut someone, she has a smaller frame, with a smaller chest and hips, but despite her small frame she's very strong. She has a splash of freckles along her cheeks and shoulders. She's about 5'4 in height. She has a marking on her left shoulder in the shape of a heart.
History: She comes from a very wealthy family, but she took after her aunt, a woman who studied scorcery and she fled to the Americas. Esmée studies healing in secret, but tends to go out of line with her parents and often runs away.
Other: She has a small Pomeranian that she adores with all her heart.
