“Rafael!” Macha called down the stairs, bouncing baby Hans on her hip. “Can you come up? I need to get dressed, and Hans is being fussy!”

Tyler slipped past her and took Hans, bringing him downstairs to Rafael to let Macha get ready. "He'll quiet down soon, this is pretty late for them to be up." Tyler told him as Raf took Hans, giving him a kiss on the forehead.

What to wear?
This was the first date they had gone on in…. a while. Three months at least. As a couple of 29 year-olds, the mother of which was still working part-time through calls and her computer, they didn't exactly have much free time. So, since this was a special occasion, she wanted to look nice for it.
Rafael nodded, tickling Hans a little, which made him giggle. Tyler let out a quiet sigh, glancing up towards the stairs while he waited for Macha. “Don’t worry about us,” Raf murmured, “we’ll be just fine. Won’t we Hans?”
"As long as you leave the cooking to me," Morrigan called from the kitchen, voice dripping with sarcasm. "We wouldn't want to burn down the house in their absence."
Meanwhile, Macha stood in front of the bedroom mirror, anxiously double-checking her appearance. Do I look alright? she asked herself, tugging at the one of the sleeves of her white blouse. *Will he think I'm pretty?"

Macha laughed out loud when she heard the thought, a faint pink rising to her cheeks.

Before she could have any second thoughts, she was tugging the waistline of her black skinny jeans up, adjusting the tuck of her blouse, and heading down the stairs.

Tyler stared in awe at Macha as she walked down the stairs, his mouth forming a silent Oh~
His face lit up a second later, smiling wide at the sight of her and how beautiful she looked every second of the day.
“Hey, Tyler,” Macha greeted shyly, walking up to him and pressing herself into his arms. Even after eleven years of being together, he still had this sort of effect on her. “Do I look okay?”
“Hey Mach. You look amazing..” he replied, slipping his arms around her waist and pulling her closer.
“You do, too,” she whispered, but was cut off by Morrigan’s loud groan of complaint. “Get a room, dammit.”
Rafael looked shocked and offended, attempting to cover the twins ears with only two hands.
Tyler just rolled his eyes and pressed a quick kiss to Macha’s cheek. “Ready to go?” He asked, keeping a hold on her hand.

"Yeah," she answered happily, shooting Morrigan a dry look before tugging her husband towards the door. "Don't burn the house down, please!" she called over her shoulder, "You guys already know where all their stuff is, help yourselves to the TV once they're asleep, but check in on them every half an hour."

Tyler couldn’t tear his eyes away from Macha as he walked to the other side of the car to open the door for her, kissing her hand gently before letting her get in.
Any other mother would’ve been nervous about leaving her children, if only for a few hours. And Macha was, a bit, but she had such complete trust in Rafael and Morrigan that she knew there wasn’t a reason to worry.
Climbing into the car, she offered Tyler a shy smile.
Tyler climbed into the car as well, returning her smile with his own. “You really do look amazing..you always do..”
“Thank you…” she murmured, her smile widening slightly. “You do, too..”
