Name: Luminero Wolfheart
Looks: Dark golden blonde hair, blue eyes, lighter skin than his twin. He's got a heavier build, and is in just as good shape as his brother.
Identifying Marks(scars,tats,ye): (Technically he also has wings if you're okay with that. His would be golden blonde with violet tips. ) Is always wearing a pair of metal bands on his wrists. One is violet and silver, the other is golden.
Powers: Also a fire elemental, but more importantly, he manipulates a mixture of chaos and harmony.
Talents (not magic): Not a good cook. Can swim fairly well. (his brother can't.) he's good with kids, and is always getting into trouble.
Sexuality: Straight. I know this because later in his story he ends up married and having a kid.
Personality: Outgoing, very friendly. He doesn't trust very easily, but will give you the benefit of a doubt, whereas Firiko will not. He's also fairly artistic, and can be found sketching when he's not causing trouble, or talking to others.
Past(optional): Again. Will be revealed in the RP.
Other: He and his twin have a kind of telepathic/emotional mind link with each other. Using this link they can take advantage of each other's abilities, and even switch them.

Perfect! FYI the boys also have a wolfish nature, and are extremely in tune with nature. (Technically my own form of werewolf, but I'm eliminating that for the RP because I've developed that part, I just need to deveolpe the rest.
Also can we make sure to focus on Firiko and Satsu? Luma's pretty well developed already.

Firiko sighed softly as he followed his brother down the narrow hallway. "Which room was it again?" he asked.
"116" answered Luma cheerfully, flashing his brother a smile. "Cheer up ya goof. We'll be starting classes next week"
"That's what I'm worried about.' he said softly, rolling his eyes, returning the smile with a mischievous smirk.

Firiko heard music coming from one of the apartments they passed, and paused for a moment out of curiosity. Luma kept going, searching for their room. Firiko checked the door number and hummed softly. "It's over here bro!" he called, bringing Luma back over. Luma smiled, knocking, then opening the door with the key they'd been given. "Coming?" he asked Firiko, who sighed in exasperation.
