"Oh well, thank you," his face was heating up.

Cas just meowed in response and started licking Sorin's shirt, seemingly trying to groom him. His tongue was a bit rough, but not as intensely as a cat's. Through all of this, he never stopped purring.
Holy shit. Sorin stood upright and held his shoulders
"Something wrong?" Cas looked up at Sorin, his ears drooping from the alcohol. He cocked his head slightly to the side, confused.
"Um…" he didn't know what to say. He probably doesn't even know what he's doing. He let him go. "Nothing."
"Then lay back down… c'mon." Cas yawned, his sharp teeth showing again. He curled up on the bed contentedly.
So demanding. "Alright…" he tentatively lied back down.
Cas huddled against Sorin for warmth, purring softly again. After a few minutes, his purrs faded, as he'd fallen asleep.
Sorin spent what seemed like hours in thought. Berenice, a name that once haunted his mind was quickly being replaced. Cas…Casper. His eyes were growing heavy, his consciousness was slowly ebbing away and eventually, he fell asleep.
Cas was still asleep when Sorin woke the next morning. He had entwined their legs and wrapped his arms around the angel's neck, staying as close as possible. He purred softly in his sleep, content.
Sorin stared at the Neko, admiring him, soaking up every bit of him. He's even beautiful when he sleeps. He stroked his hair, his cheeks…his thumb rested over his lips. Soft, like they had been yesterday.
Cas purred louder whenever Sorin pet him, seeming to like it. He nuzzled against Sorin's chest, turning his ears back.
Sorin stroked his hair again, softly. Savoring the feel of each strand beneath his fingertips, letting them fall and picking them up again.
Cas's hair was very soft; like cat's fur, which wasn't surprising. He pushed his head into Sorin's hand, starting to slowly wake up.
Sorin brushed his nose against his and smiled.
Cas opened his eyes and squeaked in surprise at seeing Sorin so close, his face immediately flushing red. He thought for a moment. Alright… we're both fully clothed, so even though I had alcohol… I think it's okay??
"I'm surprised you didn't turn this red when you started licking me yesterday," Sorin teased.
"W-What?!" Cas blushed harder, covering his mouth with his hands. "Oh my god… I-I'm so sorry!"
"It's okay," he smiled. "It wasn't your fault."
Cas hid his face in his hands. "I thought that was just one of those weird random dreeeeeeams…" He whined.
Sorin chuckled and lightly poked the tip of his nose. "Wait…" he stopped for a moment and smiled widely. "What other dreams do you have?"
"I-I… uh…" Cas looked away, his face very red by now.
"Now I really want to know," he brushed his finger against his cheek.
"W-Well, usually my dreams are just… cat things… like shrinking down and chasing mice or something… b-but I had a couple dreams that we… uh… kissed…" Cas stammered quietly, avoiding eye contact.
The corner of his lips curled into a grin. "Oh really?"
"And… uh… y-you pet me, and we cuddled… and cat things like normal…" Cas's face was bright red now.
Sorin's smile was broad. "You are adorable."
Cas trembled slightly, embarrassed. He still couldn't make eye contact with Sorin.
Sorin held him tighter and kissed his temple.
Cas squeaked again and hid his face in Sorin's chest. His tail quivered as he clung tightly to Sorin.
