Cas nodded, looking up at Sorin. "Yeah, I think I'm okay now…"

"Good… good," Sorin nodded slightly as though he tried to convince himself. "But don't let that stop you to try the other things around here. Just… be careful."
"Yes, Sorin…" Cas sighed, laying his head on Sorin's shoulder again as he relaxed.
"Or you could just… fall asleep again…" Sorin chuckled and gently brushed his nose along the side of his face.
"Noooo…" He whined. "I wanna exercise with you. I'm just bad at it."
"If that's what you want to do, then you're more than welcome to– but don't touch anything that's too heavy or pointy either. Besides, I don't think you're bad at it… maybe you just need to do it more often to get the hang of it."
Cas nodded, reluctantly agreeing. "Well, since you're the expert and all, what do you think I should do?" He asked.
"Well…" Sorin looked around the room to try to find him something to do– something that won't get him hurt easily. "Maybe you should grab that mat in the corner and start with curl-ups."
Cas rolled his eyes. "Sor…" He whined. "That's boring. Not to mention I have no clue what curl ups are."
"It's not that boring." He stood up and lied the mat down for him. "And I could always show you how to do them."
Cas sighed and sat down on the mat with Sorin. "I wanna do something exciting."
Sorin raised an eyebrow at him while he smiled. "Like what, exactly?"
"I dunno… like, lifting weights or running on the treadmill or… I dunno." He shrugged, looking down at the ground.
"Hmm…" Sorin sat there and pondered for a moment. "Running on the treadmill seems like a better option."
"You don't think I'm strong enough to lift weights?" Cas raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms.
"Oh, no– I don't think that at all, Cas. I think you're more than capable of…" Sorin looked at the large weights hung up on the rack behind him. "Lifting. I just don't think it's the safest thing for you to do."
Cas rolled his eyes. "There's lighter weights, love. I know I can't lift your hundred pound weights or whatever it is that you do. I may be stubborn, but I'm not stupid."
Sorin smiled and chuckled softly. "Yeah… Yeah I know that but what if you get yourself hurt with those small weights?"
"How would I hurt myself? I'm not gonna throw my back out after lifting like, ten or twenty pounds, love. Maybe thirty- I dunno the specific number! But you get the point, anyways!"
"I don't know… all i'm saying is that you get yourself hurt in the most unexpected ways– no offense though."
Cas huffed indignantly and looked away, blushing a bit. "You're right there, though… if anything happens, I'm not even alone in here."
Sorin sighed then nodded hesitantly. "Yeah, yeah you're right. But this time, make sure you're careful."
Cas nodded. "Thanks, love. What weights will you trust me with?"
"Um… Anything under ten pounds."
Cas rolled his eyes. "Realistically, how much do you think I could safely lift?"
Sorin sighed. "Well, i'd say around thirty to thirty-five pounds. But I don't know about that…"
"Alright. I presume you have fifteen pound weights?" Cas asked, shifting his hands to his hips.
"Fifteen pounds? Isn't that a bit too heavy for you to lift?"
"Fifteen each. You said I could lift thirty to thirty five pounds safely. Now, where are the weights?" He asked again.
"But Cas… I don't want you to break your little toes with those weights."
