@Bananapudding

He threw on a jacket and held his hand as he opened the door. Maids were scattered all over the house, dusting and cleaning the floors, but there wasn't any sign of Kyoko– Then again, she could be somewhere else.

Sorin gave a few servants a smile on the way down the stairs before he walked up to one dusting the banister. "If she asks, tell her we went out." The maid nodded and continued dusting the banister.

@Fraust

Cas trotted along beside Sorin, seeming cheerful and content. He was excited to explore.

@Bananapudding

Sorin had forgotten how awfully chilly this city was. He expanded his wing and curled it around Cas to keep him from shivering. The city was just below the hill of Kyoko's manor, so there wasn't really any need to fly over.

@Fraust

Cas huddled against Sorin for warmth, glad he'd worn a sweater. "So… where are we gonna go first?"

@Bananapudding

"We can grab something to eat first before we explore the city," Sorin wrapped his arm around him.

@Fraust

"Sounds good to me." Cas was still very sore, but he decided to keep quiet about it for now.

@Bananapudding

Sorin scooped up Cas upon seeing a heard of small Sprites on the ground, not wanting him to get bitten by the fairy-like creatures.

@Fraust

Cas squeaked in surprise, not realizing why Sorin had swept him off his feet. "W-What was that for?"

@Bananapudding

"To keep those tiny bastards–" He grunted when he felt a sting on his ankle. He stepped on the Sprite that bitten him and continued walking. "From biting you."

@Fraust

"Oh… thanks, but what about you? What happens when they bite someone?" Cas looked down at the sprites.

@Bananapudding

"Nothing, really," he held Cas tightly and kept his eyes on the ground as he began to descend further. "Just don't like seeing you hurt."

@Fraust

"Aww, you're worried." Cas laughed and watched the ground while Sorin walked.

@Bananapudding

Sorin smiled and rubbed his nose against his cheek. "Of course I am, love. Why wouldn't I be?"

@Fraust

"I dunno. I can take care of myself pretty adequately, although I do love and appreciate your help."

@Bananapudding

"Cas, I leave you alone for two seconds and you already tear apart an entire room," Sorin could hear the faint conversations of the marketplace just ahead of them

@Fraust

"It's because I love you so much I can't bear to be apart from you~" Cas replied, blushing a bit. "I also have severe separation anxiety…"

@Bananapudding

Sorin kissed his forehead. "Yeah Cas… I know… and I love you too." He set him down gently and smiled at the two vampires who eyed them suspiciously as they walked by.

@Fraust

Cas held tightly to Sorin's hand, not wanting to get lost. He could smell fish from the market.

@Bananapudding

He looked around and found a petite siren woman selling fish, her gills flaring every time someone walked by. "You want some?" He pointed towards her.

@Fraust

"Sure. I like fish." Cas looked at the woman for a moment. "Are nekos, like… accepted, here?"

@Bananapudding

"In a sense, yes. Though they made quite a reputation for being extremely sly," he walked over to the woman and held up two fingers.

@Fraust

Cas meowed lowly when the fish were pushed towards them, clearly fixated.

@Bananapudding

Sorin payed for them, to which the siren smiled, and handed the fish to Cas.

@Fraust

"Thank you!" Cas took a fish and wandered off with Sorin, just biting into the raw fishc contentedly.

@Bananapudding

Sorin smiled. "You're welcome," he glanced around to see if there was anything worth eating here, but scowled when he saw a group of fae eye them– mainly Cas. He held onto him tightly and continued walking.

@Fraust

Cas didn't seem to notice the fae as he just kept eating his fish cheerfully. "This is fun! We should go out more often!"

@Bananapudding

"Yeah… just not around here," he turned and glanced at the fae behind them and walked towards a small stand selling apples.

@Fraust

"Why not? There's fish!" Cas grinned, taking another bite of the fish. He seemed to be able to process the raw meat just fine.

@Bananapudding

"There are better places," he payed for his apple and continued to walk with Cas.

@Fraust

Cas shrugged, staying close to Sorin. It was still pretty cold out here.
