Sorin put one his own large sweatshirts on Cas, figuring it was big enough to keep him warm, as well as a pair of sweatpants.

"Th-Thanks…" Cas murmured, huddling into the sweatshirt for warmth.
"No need to thank me," He gave him a peck on his lips, "Do you need anything else?"
Cas shook his head, crawling into Sorin's lap. "I'm sorry I caused trouble…"
His brows furrowed as he shook his head at him. "No, you didn't cause any trouble, Cas," he cupped his cheek, "Why would you say that?"
"Well I got all overheated and you had to go to all this trouble just so I wouldn't pass out…" He replied quietly.
"It's not any trouble for me if it means you're alright. I'd do anything for you."
"But you still had to help me because I was too weak to help myself." Cas rubbed at his eyes a bit.
He couldn't take it anymore. "No. Stop it. You're anything but weak," Sorin leaned in closer, the tip of his nose touching his. "I never want to hear you bring yourself down again."
"S-Sorry…" Cas whispered weakly, closing his eyes and turning his ears back.
"Hey… it's okay," He placed both of his hands on the sides of his face, which were a bit cooler than they had been when they were downstairs. "You don't need to apologize. I just… don't like it when you say those things."
Cas nodded, keeping his eyes closed. "Yes si- I mean… Sorin…"
"I love you, you know that right?" He ignored the fact that he was going to call him 'sir', figuring it was the result of dealing with a man like his father for a good portion of his life. Sorin hoped that was the case and not because he began to grow fear of him.
Cas nodded again, rubbing at his eyes like before. "I love you too…"
"Hey," Sorin lowered his hands from his eyes. "They could redden…unless you're doing it because you're tired?"
He shrugged, looking up at Sorin. He flicked an ear and curled his tail around himself.
His thumb stroked his cheek, his lips curling into a small smile. "Is that a yes?"
"I dunno… I mean, also to keep myself from crying…" Cas mumbled, barely audible.
Sorin narrowed his eyes on him. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that."
"N-Nothing… I'm just tired." Cas yawned to prove his point, laying against Sorin.
He lied down with Cas leaning against his chest. His hands made its way to his hair, playing with it gently, sighing deeply as he let his body relax.
Cas purred softly and started to doze off, clinging tightly to Sorin. He soon went limp and meowed quietly in his sleep.
Sorin yawned, feeling his eyes grow heavy. He knew he had to wake up later on as he never really finished looking for jobs.
Cas stayed asleep, seeming to have relaxed since his little fiasco. His tail slid slowly across the sheets, back and forth.
Had he remained asleep for a few more hours, Sorin would not have gotten up at all. It was around eleven o'clock, much later than he had originally planned to awaken. He looked down at Cas, who still remained on his chest, sleeping soundly. His hands propped him up gently and set him aside, covering him with blankets before he went downstairs to retrieve his laptop.
Cas whined when he was moved, but he still stayed unconscious. His tail and ears twitched as he huddled tightly into the blankets.
Sorin tried to make his way back up the stairs as quiet as possible. He walked into the room and carefully sat next to Cas before opening his laptop.
Cas curled up against Sorin when he returned, spooning the other's leg contentedly. He purred, hugging Sorin's thigh.
He glanced over at him and smiled, stroking his boyfriend's hair before he opened the tab he had forgotten to close.
Cas rubbed his head slowly on Sorin's hip in his sleep, seeming very comfortable and unlikely to wake up soon if nothing tried to wake him.
