"Great." Lachlan responded, getting up to disappear back into the hallway. He quickly located the sack he was allowed to bring with him, containing a few items relating to weaponry and horticulture. He slung it across his back and gingerly touched the band around his own arm.

It's go time, I guess.

Axel takes out his classic rifle - he’s had this one for a while, now - and there were plenty of tales to tell about this rifle. None of which he would be saying, seeing as they weren’t relevant as of now. He slings the rifle carefully around himself, grabbing whatever else he may need and can carry - binoculars are a must, before getting anything else ready.

The ship has a relatively calm descent, as it prepares to land.

Lachlan rubbed his hands over his face as he trudged back into the main area.

He looked up at Axel, who now had a rifle, and nodded slightly as a greeting. He waited in silence for the ship to land, glancing around at the walls surrounding him.

It doesn’t take long for the ship to land.

“Well, here we are,” murmurs Axel, as he steps towards the exit of the ship. While the planet looks somewhat similar to Earth in terms of environment, one could say the same about previous planets Axel has been to; the fauna begs to differ however. There’s not really any animals in sight, though.

The ship must’ve scared them off, Axel decided.

Lachlan follows behind, muttering "Here's to the mission." back as he steps off.

His face immediately lights up at the scenery. They weren't kidding when they said forest planet, huh.

"Woah. There's a lot of good flora around here." He drifted to a nearby plant, hovering a hand over it and crouching to inspect it. "I'm assuming nobody lives here? At least, nobody from Earth. Nobody from Earth would be able to keep from tearing this down."
