Alto kissed him back softly and rests his head on Kris's chest.
Twins Rp One on One
Kris smiles softly, kissing his cheek sweetly and lovingly. He couldn't help but smile. He loved the other so much. He didn't know what he would do without Alto.
Alto closed his eyes and sighed a little, feeling himself slowly doze off.
Kris slowly dozed off as well, his breathing slow and soft, his arms wrapped assuringly around the other.
Alto stirred awake about an hour later and felt Kris’s arms wrapped around him. He went to close his eyes again but suddenly realized it was probably hours past 6 and Halo would be worried. “Kris…” He nudged the other gently.
Kris groans softly, opening his eyes. "Yeah baby?" he mutters softly.
“You gotta take me home..” He murmured, kissing Kris’s cheek gently.
Kris grunts. "Yeah. Okay, love." Slowly he sits up and sighs softly, "What time is it?" He looks at his phone and his eyes wide. "Hey babe… Um… What time did you need to get home again?" He points to the clock. 9:53pm.
Alto looked up at the clock and his eyes widened. “Oh shit.” He muttered, getting off the bed quickly and grabbing his phone, seeing if Halo had called him.
There were 23 missed calls and 35 missed texts. Kris glances at Alto. "Let's go."
“Oh god he’s gonna kill me.” Alto muttered, walking out of Kris’s room and grabbing his jacket while calling Halo.
"ALTO STARR YOU ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE!" Halo shrieks. "Are you okay?! Where are you?!"
Alto started and held the phone away from his ear, wincing a little. “I’m fine Halo don’t worry. I’ll be home in a couple minutes. Sorry for making you worry.”
"We'll talk when you get home," Halo mutters before sighing. "Just… Be home safe." He mutters before hanging up. Kris takes his hand. "Let's go."
Alto sighed and squeezed his hand. “Yeah..” He said quietly, feeling horrible. They walked out to the car and Alto got in, taking Kris’s hand.
Kris smiles assuringly at Alto before driving him home.
Alto got home and leaned over to kiss Kris quickly. "See you tomorrow." He said distractedly, getting out of the car.
Kris nods. "Love you!" He calls before pulling out of the driveway.
Alto walked quickly to the door and went inside. "Halo? I..I'm home.."
Halo was on the couch, head in hands, looking tired and defeated. "Dinner is on the table. It might need to go in the microwave."
"I..I'm so sorry Halo. I didn't realize what time it was..I should've called, I'm sorry.." Alto sighed, walking over to him.
"How could you not, Alto. It's almost 10pm. In fact it's past that. You were gone for 4 hours longer then I expected. You didn't answer texts or calls, I was worried sick." Halo was in tears. "I can't loose you." He grabs Alto into a fierce hug. "You're all I've got."
Alto shook his head. "I…" But trailed off after Halo hugged him. Alto felt horrible, absolutely horrible, but he hugged Halo back tight, not saying anything.
Halo sobbed into his brothers shoulder. He was so scared and things with Alex had fallen apart, he only had Alto now. And he wasn't even sure if he had his brother anymore.
"It's okay Halo…I'm here..I'll always be here.." Alto said quietly. Stop lying to him… He thought.
Halo slowly calmed down, still holding on tightly to his brother. He was so scared. Death loomed over him everyday. If he didn't heal, his body would shut down. And he knew A lot would leave sooner or later. It would happen with time and Halo… He'd be alone again.
"C'mon Halo. You need to sleep.." Alto said quietly, helping Halo to his room. "Do you want me to stay with you?"
Halo nods slowly, weakly. He needed rest. He knew that. "Okay." He whispered.
"I'll be there in a minute." He said, nudging Halo towards the bed and going into the bathroom, locking the door and immediately falling to his knees, sobbing into his hands.
Halo curled into his blanket, his medications on the table, his room a mess. He was exhausted, he did school, and then he rested, showered, ate, then slept again.
