It was a cold evening, rain droplets fell in random patterns as the grey clouds overheads deepened, thrusting to spill their contents into the green of the world bellow. Ripples extended for miles across He lake as the water fell, sending calming patterns across the surface. The leaves of the trees swayed gently in the wind, a slight howling following wherever the wind swept.
That’s where you meet him. Under the shade of a willow tree, trying to protect you from the now heavy downfall of rain. He hands you his jacket, surprisingly warm despite he, himself being drenched in rain and jacket being dry. You look away for a second, and then he’s gone, leaving only his jacket….

And then he turns up at school.

This’ll be a romance, fantasy type rp so if that isn’t your thing, don’t join. Also kinda want this to be gay, too so…

Name: Oliver White

Appearance: Oliver has very pale skin with light freckles coating his cheeks and skin. His also has very blonde, fluffy hair. It isn't platinum white but it's very close. He has bright baby blue eyes, rimmed with a dark blue. If you look closely you can see what looks like squiggly lines inside of them, almost like they've been cracked and glues back together again. He was a small button nose and his bottom lip is slightly bigger then his top, making it look like he's nearly always pouting or sad. He's a skinny boy, having little muscle on his body but he isn't weight and is actually very fit. He is small, too, around 5'5/ 5'5 1/2 if you're really pushing it. He tends to wear a lot of skinny jeans and converse, the jeans in black and sometimes a dark denim. His shirts consist of over sized, grey sweaters with little logos or writing up the arms.
Personality: Oliver is a kind soul, always offering help when he thinks people need it. He will always be kind to everyone no matter what they've done to him, hence why he stayed with James for so long. He's a shy and timid person because of the stuff he's been through but when he opens up he's bubbly and excited, much like a puppy that has just been adopted. He always tried to cheer people up and always puts others before himself. He will neglect his mental and physical health to care for a person and make sure they are okay before himself. He is very sensitive, always taking things to heart and sometimes it gets the bets of him. He's very insecure and hates to sing in front of people because he is easily embarrassed. He blushes easily and when he does he turns a bright pink and hides his face in his hands. He is very much a kid at heart but battles with anxiety and depression. Though he tries to hide it, he has his days where it is very obvious something is wrong but he'll just wave anybody off who tries to question what it's about.
Backstory: Ollie's father was a demon, his mother a human, giving Ollie the powers that his father has. His dad is abusive, ashamed that his son is half human. His mother left when he was little, not wanting to deal with his father only to be killed by him shortly after. He learned to control his power by himself while dealing with his dad's shit. Yes, he went to school, but no one knew he was there, now in collage, now on still knows he's there.

Thunder rumbled over head, the dark grey clouds floating ominously over the city as it prepared for a downfall of rain. The wind swept people this way and that, howling softly and mimicking the noise of a stray wolf. Ollie knew he should have brought an umbrella, but if he'd taken one without permission he'd be in even more trouble, more so that he snuck out, too.
The sound of his boots cracking over twigs and dried leaves were one of the only, if the only sound he could here for miles, heading towards the direction of the willow tree he always sat at. Maybe going out in the rain was a bad idea, and he could always jump back home if needed but he didn't want to. Tonight he just wanted to be human. He looked up, a droplet of water hitting his face as he sighed and kept walking.

A branch cracked under Ollie's foot and he winced at how loud it was. He tree was in sight now and it brought a smile to his face, unlike the rain. Even though the outdoors were not something he really liked, the willow tree always brought a smile to his lips every time.
What removed it, however, was the guy already there. Human. He could sense it from here he was human, which was a blessing and not one of his dad's demon friends. So, he approached slowly, and cautiously. He placed a hand on the truck of the tree, coming up behind the other and swallowing, "Y-You okay?" he spoke quietly.

Ollie noticed the once over and couldn't help but blush lightly at it, looking down at the floor as he moved to stand next to the guy. His head barely reached the guys shoulder, and he cursed his mother for once in his life for getting the short genes.
He sighed softly, looking out across the lake and the heavy rain that had started to fall, the tree shielding them from most of it, "You and me both," He mumbled, eyes darting about almost skittishly with every noise he heard.

"Do… do you like the rain?" Ollie asked, trying to get rid of the near silence. He never liked it, mainly because he always associated it with his fathers anger. He blinked a little as if trying to blink away a memory or multiple. He looked up at the guy, tilting his head to the side just slightly.

Ollie hummed his agreement, "That makes sense," He kicked at a rock, thinking about what else he should say, "I'm not really an outdoor person, most of the time, anyway… I'm normally outside when it's raining, well, when it's not hurling it down, at least."

Ollie smiled sheepishly and nodded, "Yeah, it's like… my quiet place, away from everything and everyone as people don't tend to come out here often." It's my escape. He shrugged and sighed softly.

"No!" Ollie grabbed his arm, stopping him from going anyway. He quickly let go, embarrassed, "Please, don't go. It's… nice to have company for once."

Ollie watched him curiously, head tilted to the side just a little. He'd never understood catching rain, it seemed like a useless thing to do so, he never did. Even if he wanted to he would have been told off for it, "I never caught your name, by the way," He said quietly, "May I have it?"

"Oliver, but I go by Ollie," He looked up at Wolf and smiled, "Pleased to meet you Wolf."

Ollie couldn't help but giggle at that, then he flushed madly after he did so. That's embarrassing… "I'm very glad I didn't have to deal with middle school break ups. Hopefully the rain will stop soon, though it doesn't look like it."

"How are you so certain?" Ollie asked, sitting down next to him, he picked up a leaf and started to tear it apart before looked up at Wolf, curiosity lining his features. I can just jump back whenever, I'm not stuck here.
