Ethnicity: She doesn’t know where she’s from. Just that she’s Polynesian.
Appearance: Oliana has tanned skin without blemishes. Her eyes are a simple brown yet extremely expressive. Her hair is dark brown, mid back length and wavy. She is roughly 164cm tall.
Style: Oliana likes floral stuff. She doesn’t know why, but has decided it comes from her Polynesian roots. She wears floral stuff whenever she can. She hates heels.
Personality: Kind and generous but serious. Do not get in the way of her work – she is extremely dedicated. She tries not to get close to people because she doesn’t want to jeopardise anything, those she does get close to mustn’t blow her trust or she will go off.

Background: Oliana was born in America to two Polynesian parents. Oliana’s mother had wanted an abortion, but after much pleading from her father Kauri she didn’t. Oliana’s mother ditched after she was born, leading Kauri to be a single father. He raised his daughter right, and she absolutely adores him. She is who she is today because of him.
Despite only being 21, Oliana is the most trusted agent and the highest clearance. Unaware to her, the higher ups are planning on her taking over when they decide she is ready.
Oliana is extremely smart and quite skilled. She is a very, very valuable asset to the agency and everyone knows it from looking at her, even if she doesn’t display it – she doesn’t, she hates being centre of attention. Oliana is one of the highest clearance agents, after the directors and higher ups. Being smart, Oliana is the leading tech agent. Almost everyone goes to her for tech, but she often turns people away. Also being the leading field agent, Oliana has to provide for herself. She is the only one who knows what she wants and how to do it. She is also quite skilled in parkour and gunmanship. She will almost always win in a hand-to-hand combat, and she could easily break a couple bones if you piss her off too much – which happens rarely, but all the people who dared to do it say they regret it.
Other: She speaks both fluent Maori and fluent English, and will flick between them. She keeps to herself that she prefers Maori, and that is sort of her default language because of it. If she gets stressed or is in her own head, she will often speak Maori by accident.

Spy Suit: Oliana was the first agent to receive a nanotechnology suit and one of the five that has them. She is always the first to get upgrades and the newer versions.
Bike: Since Oliana likes the colour blue, her bike reflects this.

Power: Oliana is quite literally able glitch. One minute she will be there, the next not. It happens like a tech glitch (idk the easiest way I think I can show you how she does it is through the music video of this song, in which they all glitch at one point in time and I see it working like that). She is able to travel through technology and warp it to her advantage, it’s her own little world.
Favourite method of fighting: Hand-to-hand combat
Favourite gadget: Oliana absolutely adores her tech glove. She designed it herself and is the only agent in the agency to have it, since she refuses to make it for people or tell them how to make it. It does many things, such as bring up screens of vital information. Her favourite feature of it is its ‘tech fingers’. Although the glove doesn’t actually have fingers, there is a special lining that connects to a tiny pressure area in the fingers (the parts that touch a keyboard normally). Using these pressure areas, she is able to use a keyboard without it being there (kinda like this, skip to around 1:26).

Style: casual but comfortable
Personality: Cielle is an outgoing and friendly person. She likes to get to know people and is the type of person who most people like. She is fairly serious when it comes to work but outside of work, she likes to have fun
Likes: volunteering at the nearby orphanage, baking, cats, zoos, climbing trees, her tech
Dislikes: injustices, abusive idiots, people who dont know when to shut up.
Background: no one knows her background, nit even the agency has a good enough idea of it. The most she tells people is that she was born in Pakistan, ran away from home at 15, changed her name, and came here.

Agent Name: Agent Hurricane
Spy Suit: similar to this. It is a body suit with bullet proof plating on her chest and back, her arms, and her upper thigh. It has a glow to it this is because it is connected to her tech and responds to her commands.
Bike: Althought in the picture, it is blue the bike actually is purple and white. The bike looks like a regular bike but has very awesome features. Some of its features include (skip to 1 minute)
Special skills: Good at her ability , can take apart things and put them togather again, likes to problem solve
Power: basically rain, wind, and lightning. She can create storms but she cannot manipulate anything she hasn't created.
Favourite method of fighting: close combat
Favourite gadget The suit is on her at all times. It is in the form of black finger less gloves. With one quick motion (think power rangers type motions) the suit basically crawls onto her body, fitting across her body leaving the head bare. The suit allows her to access the internet and anything in the world wide web so long as she let's the suit cool down between uses. (Think Tony Starks tech, or peter creating his suit in FFH) ref img the middle girl.

(hey i know this seems rude and all but i feel like your character is really similar to mine, what with the tech and everything. i like everything else, but as ive been going through the links i just see more and more similarities. do you mind centering her around her weather ability? that was kinda what i was going at, that their whole agent thing would be based around the power that they have)
(I changed her as much as I could without changing her too much. Not gonna change her suit because it took me way too long to find one that looked similar to what I had in mind)

Glitches. They're something typically reserved for technology. Whether it's a glitch that makes you delve into hidden secrets of a video game, or a glitch that freezes your computer screen, it happens in technology. So why is it that people are starting to glitch?
Oliana sat in her lab, shrouded in darkness. She'd been there since midnight, trying to figure out why people were glitching. She wasn't affected by what everyone was calling 'The Glitch': she was born with the ability to do it.
Yet there were a huge number of hospitals taking on people who were glitching. It caused tremendous pain, which is why people were looking for a solution to fix it.
Cielle may have been a spy, but she was a student first. Right now, she was working on her thesis which was centered around the Glitch that had taken over the city. She was one of the few people who hadn't been affected but she had a friend or two in the hospital suffering because of it. She bit the end of her pencil, taking notes on what she had learned so far about the situation but so far, not much was known about it. One of the other spy's in her field of work had the ability to Glitch but oddly enough, it hadn't come from the city wide sickness. Some were even bold enough to assume she was the cause of it but no one had told anyone else their suspicions.
Oliana knew what a lot of the other spies had on their minds: that she was cause of The Glitch. She knew it was simply because she was able to glitch and not get hurt and that people just wanted something to blame it on, but she had been able to do it since she was a child. She was able to do it because her glitch was as built into her as breathing was programmed in her brain. It was a part of her, a part that didn't hurt and was supposed to be there.
(Hey, I dont really have a lot to work with, do you have a sort of summary or an idea of how you want the story to go? It would help me to understand what direction I need to steer Cielle in)
(ok so basically 'the glitch' is acting like a computer virus. someone has managed to turn the computer virus into something that can actually affect people. it makes them glitch, and since their bodies aren't supposed to do it, it really hurts (think spider-verse if you've seen it). oliana has had the ability since a kid and it doesn't work the same way it does for everyone else. people are trying to blame it on her (at least a lot of the other spies) because people want something to blame it on. they will slowly start to head round to hospitals, gather data and then get sent to try and find the person who launched the virus)

Cielle sighed once again and shut her laptop in anger, this was not helping her solve anything. She groaned and got out of her comfy chair, heading to the kitchen to make a cup of tea. As she put the kettle of water in the stove to heat, she leaned against the counter with her arms crossed to go through all the things she knew about the glitch.
Her train of thought was derailed by the hissing of the kettle. She poured the water into her cup and added her favourite tea before going into the living room and sitting infront if the TV. The late night shows weren't the best in her opinion so she just opened Disney plus to rewatch on of her favourite movies.
Not even half an hour into the movie, soft snore could be heard from Cielle who had finished her tea and was curled up into a ball, a soft blanket covering her.
