Alek nodded, then sighed. "Not really…I don't actually know very much about this sort of thing. I'll have to ask for help." He replied, shrugging slightly.
Alek nodded, and walked a little faster, weaving into the marketplace, then doubled back to Seig. "Sorry. What exactly should I be looking for?" He asked, looking up at the dragon.
“You can always come back here for more, but most riders, especially ones that haven’t rode a dragon for very long typically get the basics. Saddles, reins, blankets, stuff that you might find on a horse. Some like to add ribbons, or extra decoration but that’s optional. As for riders, helmets are important, riding gloves too. Fingerless or not. Depending on where you’re flying generally a jacket too. In general it gets a bit cold when flying. Riding boots as well. Make sure whatever you’re getting is built to last.” He stated.
Alek nodded, filing the information away. "Do you want ribbons?" He asked with a teasing grin. "I mean, the other stuff is for me. Do you want some decorations?" He chuckled softly.
Alek chuckled. "Alright. I'll go get stuff, then." He said, and walked into the marketplace, looking around for what he needed.
After a while, Alek came back with everything he had needed, and set it down with a grunt. "I think that's everything." He said, straightening up.
"Okay. Right now? Uhh…no." Alek replied, shrugged slightly. "Do you have anything we should do?" He looked up at the big dragon.
Alek nodded. "We could do both at the same time?" He suggested with a shrug, looking at Seig with a small smile.
Alek thought for a moment. "Uhm…if we're going to fly, shouldn't i wear it?" He asked slowly. "And put it on you."
Alek hesitated, then nodded. "If it's like a horse, yes." He replied, picking up the blanket and saddle and starting to saddle Seig, careful not too pull it too tight and hurt the dragon.
Alek smiled. "Thanks." He nodded. "Uhm…yes please." He said as he worked to tighten the straps a bit more, though still careful not to choke or hurt Seig.
