So, I did this one roleplay a while ago, and wanted to see if anyone wanted to do it again. It’s kinda lame, but I want to see if anyone’s interested.

This rp is a little bit like the Hunger Games, except that there is only one person from each district.

In the year 2169, a lab-made disease was leaked out into the world, and people were affected. Everyone survived, but they were severely changed. They had elemental abilities, and their physical appearances changed, too. Eye color was changed, and hair color. Some of them had wings, or gills. It all depended on the element.

But there are levels of power. The most powerful of the Elementals are called Manipulators. And there is only one chosen in a lifetime.

The President, together with the unaffected people, decided to confine them, and eliminate the Manipulators, if they could, every year. This year is the 100th Elemental Games, and it will be slightly different because none of the tributes will get killed, just brought to a lab to be experimented on. Which isn't much better. Your goal is to make a strong team and find a way out of the arena. Good luck!

Appearance: Neo is albino, so his skin and hair lacks pigment. His eyes, unlike most albinos, are also pale. They're almost like glass. He's tall, about six foot, and lanky. If you were to lift his shirt, you would be able to see his ribs. His hair is long, always tied into a ponytail at the base of his neck. He has large, pale white wings and a collection of tail feathers.

Personality: Neo is a cold person, most would consider him uptight and a bit snotty. He tends to take things in more than speak, those at his family's manor considered him a smart boy.
Bio: Neo grew up in a wealthy family, the Espian family was very, very wealthy. Neo never asked what his parents did, but had some suspicions. They were a mafia family, he figured that out when he was fourteen.
Other: He has a faint, barely noticed accent. Maybe German decent.

Appearance: This. His hands look like this when using his powers, and this the majority of other times. He tends to dress however he wants to, often wearing female and male clothing interchangeably, though he's not trans or gender-fluid. He's about average height, at 5'10", and is pretty thin, almost looking frail sometimes. He leaves his hair loose a lot of the time. His eyes are a bright orange color, and the color seems to change sometimes into more of a red or more of a yellow-gold.

Personality: (not super well-developed) Usually Reagan is pretty easy-going and calm, but he can definitely have a fiery temper on occasion. He is typically rather chill, but once he gets worked up it can be hard for him to calm down. This is especially true when his Element is added to the mix, and it can be very difficult for him to regain control once he has lost it.
Bio: Reagan was always a bit…different, as a child. Whenever his mother would light candles or a fire, he was always as close to the source of the flames as possible, often grabbing at the flames with his hands, until one day his powers surfaced. He almost burned the house down, but the fire was put out before real damage could be done. From then on, his family treated him a bit differently. When he was fifteen, he told his family that he was pan. They'd already figured out that he was gender non-conforming, because of the way he dressed. They had an argument, and he ended up really burning the house down this time. After that, they kicked him out and he's been sleeping on people's couches, moving from place to place.
