So… I need an angsty rp, because a) I'm in the mood, and b) reading the Song of Achilles literally ripped my heart out. SO! I wanna do an rp loosely based around the story. I can give a summary if needed!

Rules:

• I am better at writing LGBT+ relationships, it's just easier for me? So this will probably be gay.
• If smut becomes a thing, it will be moved to pm. Let me know at the beginning of the rp if you're okay with this or if you want to skip it.
• This will be bloody, gory, there will be mentions of sensitive topics so please for the love of god tell me what your triggers are. I don't want to hurt anyone.
• If I am not familiar with your style of roleplaying, or it has been a while, I will ask for an rp style.
• Please no one liners, I'm not a huge fan of them. I understand if you're tired, or not up to it. Your replies can be short but please don't make it a habit.
• Don't be a dick, I think this should be self-explanatory.

Of course! Have you read the story Song of Achilles since that's kinda what's surrounding the plot?

Of course! Basically, one is a demigod, fated to become a well known hero. However, their fate is considered sealed because of a prophecy. The other is an outcast, coming to the demigods side as a servant at first. However they come closer, going on adventures, training to become warriors. There is, of course, angst and feelings because why not. But yeah! You're more than welcome to be either role.

Appearance: Skin as dark as chestnut from how long he is under the sun, wandering the beaches along his village. Dark brown hair, curly and out of control. Wide blue eyes, with flecks of gold. Beautiful features, as if he's been carved by the gods. He's lean with muscle from often running along the beach, and always seems to be bouncing with energy. He has an upright posture, always ready to leap into action.

Personality: Ambrose is energetic and bright, quick and more than willing to help those in need. He's selfless, and would offer the clothes off his back to those who need it. He's stubborn and defiant, he has a temperament and will bite back if provoked. He works hard, and has the heart of a lion. He will do anything to protect those around him. He's very smart, sarcastic, witty, and quick on his feet. Do not underestimate him.

History: His mother was a queen who had been tricked by the gods. She suffered underneath Hera's wrath, and was struck ill, however the child wasn't harmed. Ambrose was born a demigod, and raised with a prophecy warning that Hera's wrath had not been eased. Despite his father being Zeus (which he has no idea about), he has gotten along well with the sea. It is rumored that Poseidon had been eyeing his mother.

Ambrose was quiet for the most part, as usual, he was wandering along the beach a fig in hand as he walked. Whenever he was considered missing, it was quite easy to find him. He was always by the beach. He was immersed in thought, a small frown on his lips as he tossed the fig up and down. The prophecy hung heavy over his head. Only he, his mother, and the gods knew of the prophecy, the warning signs, however it was known among his kingdom that he was supposed to become a powerful warrior. At the moment, as he looked over the vast sea, he felt so incredibly small. He settled on a rock as the waves lapped at his ankles.
