Larkin returned the kiss and reluctantly pulled away so that Samul could get up. "Alright, love."

Samul kissed Larkin's cheek one more time, moving to stand.
"There should be a couple of swim trunks in our room for us, do you think you could grab them, dear?"
"Mhmm!" Larkin headed into their room and fetched the swim trunks, changing into his own before bringing Samul's to him.

Samul accepted his trunks, kissing Larkin's cheek.
"It looks good on you dear," he said softly, hugging his boyfriend with a chuckle.
"Thaaaanks~" Larkin returned the kiss and stretched, pulling a hat onto his head to hide his ears.

Samul hummed, checking to make sure Larkin had everything situated properly before kissing his head. His Mama came back in, smiling.
"We're good to go, guys!"
Larkin grinned and perked up, seeming excited. "Alrighty! Let's get going, then!" He took Samul's hand and started heading out the door.

Samul followed Larkin out, laughing softly. His Mama led the way to the pool, opening the gate between the two yards.
"Just remember we've got to clean up after ourselves."
"Of course, of course." Larkin seemed pretty excited, slipping into the pool once they made it inside. "C'mon, love!"

Samul followed after, moving to wrap his arms around Larkin and plant a kiss to his cheek. He laughed, arm going up as his sister jumped in, splashing them.
Larkin stuck his tongue out at Samul's sister when she splashed them, huddling closer to Samul in the pool. It didn't seem to put him in a bad mood, though, and he happily returned the kiss.

Samul laughed some, hugging Larkin close. Vanessa giggled, moving back to the edge of the pool to help her Mama get some pool floaties in.
Larkin watched everyone from where he was, resting his head against Samul's chest. "Mmm… this is nice." He murmured softly.

"It is," Samul agreed. He kissed Larkin's head, hugging him for a moment. "Love you, dear."
"Love you too…" Larkin nuzzled against Samul affectionately. "What time is it?"

"It's… just past one, dear," Samul said, looking up. He smiled some as Larkin nuzzled close, patting his back.
"We should probably get going soon, unfortunately… you know what tonight is." Larkin sighed softly.

"Mm, I know…" Samul gently kissed Larkin's head, letting out a sigh. "Think we can stall just for a little bit?"
"Maybe." Larkin shrugged and moved closer to Samul, closing his eyes for the moment. "It's a long drive, though."

"Mm… Then we should probably go get dried off and head, then," Samul said, letting out a small breath.
Larkin nodded a bit. "Yeah, guess so… I wish we could stay longer, but it's not exactly… you know… safe."

"I know…" Samul hugged Larkin a moment, then picked the man up in his arms, getting out of the pool.
Larkin grabbed a towel and started drying himself off, sighing again. "You ready to go?"

"Mm, almost." Samul's mother came to the side of the pool.
"Leaving already?"
"Yes, we need to get back before sundown, and the journey is a few hours…" Larkin smiled sadly. "It was lovely to see you, though."

"It was lovely seeing you too, darling! Come by any time." Samul stepped over, wrapping an arm around Larkin.
"Shall we go get changed?"
Larkin nodded a bit and followed Samul back to the house so that they could change back into proper clothes. "I'm gonna miss this place…"

"I am too… hopefully, though, we'll be able to move a lot closer after we're done with school." Samul offered a small smile at the thought, moving to their room, to get changed with Larkin.
"Hopefully, yeah. How long do you think that'll take?" He asked, changing into some proper clothes.

"Well, if all goes well, I'll have my credits to graduate by the end of the year," Samul said as he pulled his shirt on.
