"Well…That's what I've been trying to do for three years…I hate how I look right now…" He states.
What's wrong with being a dude? (Transitioning rp) (one on one)
group
She messily signed 'tell me about it', half hoping that Alexander wouldn't pick up on it. She smiled sympathetically. 'You'll be able to change that soon, yes?'
He sighs. "Not sure. Hopefully…" He growled. " I hate my dog." He looks up at the clouds trying to make out the shapes of each one.
group
She scrunched her nose up with a frown, trying to think of possible things that the dog had done. Broke something? Ate his homework? Chewed his favorite pair of shoes?
She took a deep breath, still frowning. 'Did the dog break something?'
"He tore up my binder," he said hoping she knew what she meant.
group
'Did you only have the one?' She instantly felt bad for Alexander, assuming he must have been very uncomfortable without the binder.
''good ones yeah…'' He sighed and he took his hoodie from around his waist and put it on. "It a little cold out here isn't it?"
group
Leonie took a moment to look at herself, slightly regretting wearing a dress. 'A little, but cold air is good for the mind!' A soft chuckle floated from her lips, remembering that Cora had told her the same thing multiple times before.
He smiled. "Tue…It'll help me with th-" hi phone buzzed
Jacob: amy (the most wonderful woman in the world)?
Alexander: It's not amy (the most wonderful woman in the world).
Jacob: Sorry. Alexander?
Alexander: Leave me alone.
With that, he turned his phone off completely.

She couldn't remember the signs for 'dead' or 'name' so she didn't know how to sign what she was thinking. All she could bring herself to do was gently rub his back, hoping that he understood she was trying to comfort him.
"My name used to be amy (the most wonderful woman in the world)…Before this…After high school started I decided I needed the change. Thus Alexander was born." he said jokingly.
group
'I figured.' she smiled, not knowing how to tell Alexander she was more or less in the same situation. 'You are happier as Alexander, yes? Even though some people make it hard for you.'
"Yeah. It makes me feel like I'm who I'm supposed to be." He said happily. "I feel like I belong when I'm like this." He had a huge grin on his face.
group
Seeing him smile made Leonie smile brighter. 'That's good. It's good to feel like you belong, because you do! No matter what others say or do, you belong Alexander.' It took her a couple of seconds to figure out how to sign his name, and she thought she might have done it wrong.
group
A ping from her cardigan pocket caught her attention. She pulled out her phone to find a text from Cora: 'Class started like 5 mins ago, where the hell are you? Is everything okay?'
She covered her face with one hand, sighing. 'I don't feel up to Geo today, can you make notes for me? I'll see you soon.'
She looked back up to Alexander. 'Are you going to your lesson?'
"Free hour." He yawned a little.
group
'Mind if I stay with you? I don't feel like going to my lesson.' she bit her lower lip in anticipation.
"Sure. I'm here almost everyday all day so…"
group
She cocked her head slightly in confusion. 'What do you do to keep busy when you're not in class? Do you not get bored being by yourself?'
"I love the wind…Also making out the shapes of clouds…" He breathed softly.
group
'The clouds?' She turned to look at the sky, trying to see shapes. Unfortunately all she saw were the usual puffy outlines. 'I don't see any particular shapes, but they are pretty all the same…' she paused before looking back at Alexander. 'How long have you known you are a boy?'
"This will the third year." He said laughing.
group
'I see…' She turned back to the sky, taking a deep breath, feeling the breeze mess her hair around. 'Is your family-' she forgot the sign for 'accepting' and felt a little embarrassed with her hands just hovering. 'Does your family agree?' she finally managed, internally screaming, hoping she hadn't made a fool of herself.
He signed Accepting. "Yeah. My mom is…My dad not so much."
group
'It's horrible to have two not accepting parents so I'm glad you have your mum to support you.' She let her guard down, her smile fading.
"I guess…" he laid down his shirt flying up a little. "My dad is fine with it but he always uses my dead name…Sorry, I must be making you feel weird…"
group
'Why would you be making me feel weird?' She giggled, amused by the idea of being weirded out with something she could relate to.
"Just asking." He sighed looking over at her better.
group
She noticed Alexander looking at her and suddenly felt even more shy, feeling her face burn up. 'W-what?' she slowly signed. 'Is there something on me or something?'
"Not at all." He laughed a little. "You perfectly fine to me."
