Whether Sun or Rain (o/o Closed)

Basically, Character A controls the weather in her neighborhood with her emotions. She and Character B have been in a relationship for a long time. The weather has been clear and sunny and warm for the town and stuff. So the people were happy, right? And then one day, Character B decides to break up with Character A. Understandably, Character A is completely heartbroken over it, so the weather becomes really bad. Like, awful rain and wind and huge, dark clouds, and no one sees the sun for months. It rains heavily nearly every day. The people figured out that Character A can control the weather with her emotions a little while back, and they thought the feelings would just blow over. But it's been a couple of months now, and the rain had hardly let up. After a bit, the people in the neighborhood get so fed up with the dreary weather, they try to convince Character B to go back and apologize.

Kallie woke up early to get ready for school. She washed her face, put on makeup, and got dressed before she went down the stairs and grabbed a granola bar from the cupboard before sitting herself down in the living room to have a plain view out the front window. Her boyfriend Ezra would be pulling up any minute now to take her to school. She couldn't believe they'd be graduating in just a few short weeks, and then summer vacation. A beautiful orange, gold, and purple sunrise painted the sky.

Kallie jumped to her feet and hurried over to the door. A sudden light drizzle falling from the sky as she stepped outside. "Oh, shoo! Shoo!" she chided the rain, and it disappeared. Kallie sighed happily and hurried over to Ezra's truck.

"Hey!" she greeted him happily once she had the door open. She slipped easily into the seat and leaned over to kiss his cheek softly. "Ready to go?"

Kallie looked a bit confused, but she smiled through it anyway. The sun rose higher and brighter in the sky as the sunrise colors faded for the day. "Sure! Of course! What do you want to talk about?"

Kallie's pristine smile faltered a bit, and as it did, clouds began to dot the sky. "Oh… oh…"

She closed her eyes and willed a positive attitude back. It didn't come. More clouds began to appear instead after she opened her eyes again.

"Um, o-okay… But… why?" she asked quietly, folding her hands in her lap to keep them from trembling.
