"Depends on what?"
She asked getting a little more aggravated.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"The powers that be! My…my overseers." He wasn't even sure who that was. If it was a god, or the previous Reapers, or what. All he knew was that it was them who decided the punishments, who watched his work to make sure he was doing it correctly.

"They're not gonna kill you are they? Well…that was a dumb question….but you know what i mean!"
She asked her face now filled with worry.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"No, most likely not. Just… stop asking. I don't know." He said.

"Oh…im- I'm sorry…."
She says scooting away, although she was about five feet apart from each other already.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"It's okay." He replied softly, looking down at his hands. "Just…stop getting into situations where you could die."

"I told you to save me next time you idiot."
She says crossing her arms and looking away.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"I forgot." He said, completely unrepentantly. He glanced at her for a moment, then looked back down at his hands.

"Well, I'm telling you this time, so you don't forget!"
She turned to him angrily,
"Don't. Save. Me."

@ElderGod-Icefire

"And why not? I don't know where you're headed, but no matter your reasons for killing, you've killed. None of the gods are merciful about that." He fired back.

"I kill in order to survive, because unlike some of us, we can't live without food, and I don't give a d*m about the *gods."
She says standing up and stepping towards him while she practically yelled at Troy. She didn't want to, but it was the only way she could talk while holding in tears.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He stood up, and stepped back. "Fine. I'm sorry for telling you." He said evenly.

"Whatever"
She says walking away. He was making her even more angry with his short replies.
Walking through the forest, every now and then stopping to rest on a branch, looking back to see if Troy followed her. A little disjointed when she didn't see him.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Troy stayed where he was, and sat down by the lake. He lay back, staring at the sky. His grey eyes were unfocused, and he sighed. What am I even doing? He thought.

Sitting on a branch, after waiting for about fifteen minutes she decides to go do what she does best.
Walking back to her house, getting her weapons, pulling her hood on over her head, she looked at a list of names.
After only about thirty minutes, she had killed five people, checking them off of the hitlist.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Troy stood when the spirits started to arrive. "God damn it Maylynn." he muttered, and took off in her direction.

Three more people down, then four more, then two more. She didn't have to kill everyone on the list in one day, but she decided she wanted to. She usually had to get all 20 people in one month. But she figured she might get her homework done early.
do your job instead of complaining, Troy

@ElderGod-Icefire

Troy found her. "You said you'd slow down." he said to her in between spirits. "Are you not going to abide by the terms of your own damn bargain?" he hissed as he sent spirits off to their afterlives.

“Deals off, go do your job without complaining about it”
She says, then stabbing, finishing off a lady as her spirit appears beside Troy. Walking away to the next. She didn’t want him to leave and as much as she hated to admit it she actually loved his company. It was something that she hadn’t had ever since she was eight. But if it was going to hurt Troy, well she would rather be lonely.
She trying to hide her emotions, along with her tears. Although one of the things that she was dying to know… if he hated her so much…then why didn’t he want to reap her? Why didn’t he let her die.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Troy's jaw clenched, and he sent the woman off with his usual words of "peace". His hands were still stained black. "Fine." he replied through clenched teeth. "I save your life twice, you send me away without even a by your leave. I see how it is."

“No, I told you not to save me! Because I’ve grown to care about you, and to being honest…Troy! I dont want you to leave, I really don’t. But you’re getting hurt, getting mad, and getting overall annoyed with me. I get in near neath situations EVERY DAY, and I don’t want you saving me. So please just….stop being nice….”
She says as a tear rolled down her freckle stained cheeks, then another and other, every now and then her voice cracking in her words.

@ElderGod-Icefire

He looked down at the ground for a moment, then back at her. "Maylynn…" he shook his head. "Do you know you're the first person I've actually been able to talk to in one hundred years? Do you know that you are the reason I fell asleep for the first time in that hundred? That you've made me a better person than I had been?" he shook his head again.

"N-No I didn't…."
She said as she stood over the dead mangled body. Looking down at it, she had no idea what she was doing. Yeah, she was trying her best to survive in this world… And it's been a little easier with someone actually there for her. The fact that he was saving her every time she did something stupid, she thought that was because he cared. But she always pushed that thought away, not letting it get to her. She was easily attached to people now. But that also meant she had her guard up. Unless she came towards them, as she did with Troy. Now if Troy had come to her, wanting her to build her trust in him, she would forget about it.
"Look…. There's probably plenty of the people who would die to hang out with the Grimm Reaper. Just reap me, and you can be over with this. If you want someone to talk to..go to someone else, someone that's not hurting you"

@ElderGod-Icefire

He shook his head. "I don't." he backed away slightly. "And I thought…" he looked down at his feet for a moment. "I thought you saw more than just…death. In me. But I was wrong." he looked at her, eyes cold. "That's fine. But no, I'm not going to reap you. But when you die, I'll be there to escort you to wherever you go."

group
@Celeste_X0X0_ group

"I….the reason i dont want you to go, you idiot, is because i dint see you just as…as death. You were once a human being like me. You still have feelings and show emotions whether you kike to or not. That's why i want you to go. I don't want you to get hurt."
She says dropping to the ground, just sitting there (away from the body now lol)

@ElderGod-Icefire

"I can't actually die." He pointed out. "Not until after I've taken an apprentice, and trained them." He crossed his arms again. "So injuries don't really matter. Even these ones." He held up his hands. "The black will fade."

"What about your emotions Troy….."
She says as she clenches her fist on the ground. She could tell he was getting annoyed, mad, and just fed up with her. She didn't want his life to be miserable because of her. She felt like this whole thing was a guilt trip… But it was her who was guilt tripping herself.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"What about them?" He replied, cocking an eyebrow at her. Every damn time. Every time I think…but it doesn't matter. He shook his head slightly.

Letting her thoughts slip out if her mouth, she felt kike just screaming.
"You've been getting annoyed and mad at me, you didn't even want to come here in the first place, but you did so your job would be easier, but im just making it harder for you."
She said as she let out a tear, falling from her cheeks to the dirt on the ground, laying on the dirt, then in a split second it was gone.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"Maylynn…" He ran a hand across his face. "I was annoyed and mad at you before I even met you for making my job harder." He told her. He shook his head slightly. He looked away when he saw the tear. "Just…"
