Three supervillains kidnap/adopt a child sidekick after their mentor keeps putting them in dangerous situations and actively breaking every child endangerment law and getting away with it. They're totally kidnapping them because they're evil, not out of concern or anything. Yeaaaah. Totally. (Not really, it is only concern for the kid's wellbeing.)

Appearance: Milo is tall, broad shouldered, with pale skin and green-blue eyes. His hair is a soft pale blue, shoulder length and with wavy curls, and his skin is mottled with large patches of moss and fungi. Also when I say tall, I mean tall. The guy is like 7'2" and just. Big boy man. He's also very strong, but a gentle giant and doesn't like hurting people.

Powers/Skills/Gear/Just what makes them who they are?: Milo can control/generate moss and fungi that can make people sleepy, restrain them, choke or poison them, or control them via parasitic fungi among other moss and fungi related things. Think like, Poison Ivy but with a few specific plants.
Backstory?: (This is optional) Milo is the result of unethical experiments by the military resulting in having him completely disfigured, but stronger than ever.
Other: Milo is completely colorblind. He has autism, PTSD, and insomnia and is often incredibly tired. Most doctors don't see to supervillains though, so unfortunately no therapy for him.
