Hey so I'm going into Band Camp pretty soon and I just made a character who is ALSO in band incredible I know.
I'd like to have an RP where a Band student is a Football player's crush. Naturally, Football players and Band students hate each other so why the hell not?

Ava’s smile widened. “It’s awesome! I read a lot of them in high school but I’m trying to catch up more now. It’s about this summer camp and a bunch weird stuff happens,” she explains badly. “Plus like it’s an all-girls or female-presenting camp and half of them are gay.”

Name: Jackson "Jackie" Kamryn Oliver
Age: 17 (in a half)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Gay, out to his parents
Appearance: Dark brown hair that was as curly as a bush, that also liked to stick out all over the place when it is humid. Pretty long, hasn't been cut in a while and he doesn't seem to mind. Overall very soft and downy. He has a rather broad set of cheeks with rather small, dark eyes that sparkled. He has an unimpressive chin and is about 5'11. A rather plumpy boi.
Style: He loves himself a flannel. He will wear mostly flannels and jeans with a band t-shirt or video game tee. Never anything vibrant unless it has to do with school spirit. Also wears a lot of school band t-shirts with shorts in the summertime.
Personality: Extremely passionate and willing to do anything. Always smiling and happy to put a smile on another person's face. Loves his friends and likes socializing. Yet he doesn't know when enough is enough. He understands but refuses social cues to leave people alone if they are upset or sad. Can get relatively serious or quiet if he needs to, but doesn't like to.
Likes: Any type of weather, even the hotter days (apart from one), band, RPGs, busy, bustling places.
Dislikes: Houses that are too cold (weird, I know), humidity, sticky things, being alone.
Background: He doesn't have the most interesting of backgrounds. He was born in a middle class family and he lives in a nice townhouse with his own bedroom. Has only one sister and she's year younger than him. Came out to his parents on coming out day, which also happened to be his birthday.

Appearance: Tall and pretty muscular. He has light brown skin and brown eyes. His black hair is styled in a neat fade. A small scar on his forehead and a long scar on his leg from football. a burn scar on his left hand from cooking. he tries his best to look put together and will put on a little concealer to hide under-eye circles. cant have people knowing he doesn't sleep.
Style: He mainly wears jeans a plain t-shirt and then his varsity letterman jacket in the school colors. His clothes are always wrinkle-free and perfectly clean.
Personality: He makes sure that no one thinks he doesn't have everything put together. Bottling up all his emotions and never showing how overwhelmed he gets. He tries to act like the stereotypical jock and copies his teams mates actions a lot. Even if sometimes what they do is questionable. But he also tries his hardest in school. He's going to need to get a scholarship and he doesn't want his teachers thinking somethings up with him if his grades slip. He loves to care for others and always puts their needs before his own.
Likes: Cooking, doodling, Football, cuddles, his family(AKA his sister and friend willow)
Dislikes: Getting in trouble, fast food,
Background: when he was 16 his father died and he got emancipated and custody of his 6-year-old sister. He lives with his sister and best friend, Willow, in a shitty 3 bedroom apartment. Willow living with them isn't 100% legal since she ran away from home but Finn had an extra bedroom and she helps with the rent. Finn has two jobs during the school year. He gets paid under the table in one of them so he can work more hours than legal. He is terrified that if he doesn't appear perfect he'll lose custody of his sister.

Jackie sunk down slowly into the cold seat of his last class for the day. It was a hot day in mid September, and a Friday.
Fridays always meant football games. And while most students would moan and groan about it, Jackie was pretty damn excited. He was a baritone player (one of the only ones) in the marching band, and they performed at each and every single one of the football games for their school. Were they given any recognition? No. Not one bit. He was still sort of salty about that, considering he had been in marching band for almost six years and it's not considered a sport. Whatever. The band is three trillion times better than the football team, and the school just didn't know it yet.
Passing the salty band student thoughts out of his head, he grabbed out his things for Calculus and jotted down the warm-up. He had other things to focus on, anyway.
Finn walked into the class just on time. He was usually early to class but his teammates decided to try and get him to Skype class. Saying he needed to “relax before the game!” He lied and said his teacher was a jerk and gives quizzes on Fridays. When he got to class the only seat left was next to Jackie. Great now he really wasn’t going to be able to focus. He sat down trying not to glance at the other boy or think about the upcoming game.
Jackie went on to grab his calculator and work out the problem, not noticing Finn sit down next to him as his pencil scratched the paper. It was quiet in the room, until their bouncy, eccentric teacher bounced into the room. Mr. Williams was the type of guy that belonged at a college as a professor. He was one of the most relaxed, best math teachers in the school. Jackie looked up as the tall man bounced by and beamed brightly. Jackie loved this class because of the teacher.
"Alright everyone, I hope you had enough time to finish your warm-up. Since it's Friday, I collect that, so pass it to the side and let me collect it."
Finn looked down at his half finished problem. He swore under his breath and quickly tried to finish it. Lately this class has been difficult for him but he didn’t want anyone to find that out.
Jackie turned to the other, sticking his hand out expectantly. He was certainly to the side, that was for sure.
"We were given plenty of time, you know," Jackie reminded lightly, his gaze flicking to the math problem. "And you're taking the long way."
”I came in later than usual just give me a second, ” He said cheeks warming slightly but there was no visible rredness. ”Plus this is the way he taught us.”
"Nah that's the way the book taught us. He taught us another thing, but you weren't here yesterday," Jackie hummed happily, throwing shade as always as he turned his head.
”I was busy. I meant to borrow someone's notes but I forgot. Any chance you could show me the way he taught?” He asked with a weak smile.
"Mmm. Sure I can. You'd better pay attention to how he goes over this problem, too," Jackie warned lightly as he passed over his thick notebook.
”thanks, ” he said taking the notebook and reading it over quickly. Now that he sees the steps he's able to solve the problem. The answer is possibly extremely wrong but he still hands it to Jackie.
Jackie prodded his neighbor once he grabbed the paper. He hadn't noticed the way their thumbs brushed ever so slightly as he grabbed it from the other. He sat back up straight to receive his notebook, looking expectant as he held out his hand again.
Finn paused slightly when their hands touched. Mind going blank and he took a second before remembering to hand the notebook over. ”Thanks again, ” he says as he hands it over.
