"I-I'm just not sure why he hates us so much… I never did anything to him, and I didn't even know he existed before the coffee shop incident." Beau wasn't sure what to do with his other hand, so he decided to just wrap it around his stomach with the other arm.
Zero Gravity ((one-on-one//private))
Alex noted the movement and slung an arm around Beau's shoulders, tucking him safely under his arm. If Lucifer had a problem with it, he didn't comment on it, "Jax… he has a few… issues. I don't know why but he's always resented angels more then every other demon. Most don't have a problem with them as they don't interact. A few dislike them, yes and we have a few who have attacked but nothing on this scale," Lucifer rubbed at his jaw, "He needs disciplining and confining to Hell, no doubt about that."
Beau nodded slightly, leaning against Alex. If Jax was confined to Hell, they wouldn't have to be afraid anymore. Although, Alex seemed to be more afraid for Beau than for himself. Alex probably still wouldn't let me stay home alone, though… I guess I'm alright with that.
"Thank-you, Lucifer. We really appreciate it," Alex said quietly, looking up at Lucifer who offered a small smile.
"You're welcome, Alex. If you have any more problems just contact me," While Alex nodded, the king of Hell stood up, "Come visit me soon though. Hell is so boring without you."
Alex chuckled a little, "You got it boss." Lucifer also chuckled and then in a blink, he was gone.
Beau breathed a sigh of relief and hugged Alex with one arm, the other still holding his stomach. "Thank god that went well… w-we won't have to worry about Jax anymore unless he purposefully disobeyed Lucifer, and that wouldn't end favorably for him, I don't think."
"I highly doubt he would. I think I'm the only person not scared of Lucifer." Alex replied, pulling Beau into his lap and hiding his face in the crook of his neck.
“Well, good thing we’re on the same side then…” Beau closed his eyes, folding his wings. “We should probably go back home soon, you know.”
"Why can't we just sit here for a moment?" Alex asked, his voice slightly muffled from the position he was in, "Just… let me hold you for a moment… please…"
“Mm… alright. If you must.” Beau smiled, but never removed his arm from his stomach. The pain seemed to have gotten worse, and it was constantly throbbing and almost burning.
"Beau? If anything is ever worrying you or something's wrong, I want you to tell me no matter how small, okay?" Alex said quietly, "I don't want to see you stressed or in pain." When did he become so protective he didn't know.
“Okay… i-it’s just… it’s hurting more now. It feels like throbbing and… I-I dunno… burning, sort of.” Beau lay his head on Alex’s chest, now just letting his wings hang limp. He wasn’t really focused on them for the moment.
(Btw if you ever want to take it to pm I'm fine with that lol [the main reason I've been skipping is bc I don't know how good I'd be at writing it if that makes sense?? Like I've never had sex so I obviously don't have experience but I know enough about it that I could probably write it])
(Alright, I'm good with skipping or going to PM, it doesn't matter to me. I'm not gonna force you to write it if you don't want to)
Alex frowned, concern written clearly on his face, "As it been like that since the incident or has it just been in the past couple hours?"
(I'm alright with it ^^ you would probably have to make the pm tho since mine's been janky)
"Mostly just the past couple hours since it's gotten bad, but it's been hurting since he attacked me." Beau bit the inside of his cheek as the throbbing continued, but didn't show any other outward signs.
(Alrighty)
Alex's frown deepened and he placed one hand on Beau's stomach where the cuts were, "I'd say we need to go to a doctor and get you some antibiotics and pain medication…"
"Alright, if you say so…" Beau got off of Alex's lap and grimaced a bit, trying to stand up as straight as he could despite how much it hurt. "I-I've never been to a human doctor before."
Alex stood up a second later, placing a hand on Beau's back, "It'll be fine. Do you need me to carry you?"
"N-No… I'm fine…" (Translation: Yes please I think I'm dying lol) Beau started to walk back to the entrance of the park, subconsciously wrapping his wings around himself as a sign of mild distress. (Yeaaaaah mannerisms)
Alex frowned again, "Hey, kitten can you stop for a second?"
Beau stopped and curled his wings tighter around himself, looking down at the ground in front of him. "Y-Yeah…?" He asked nervously, already pretty sure what Alex was going to say.
Alex didn't say anything. He just walked the rest of the way up to Beau and picked him up bridal style, making sure to be careful of the angel's wings.
"H-Hey! Woah!" Beau was a bit surprised, even though he was already sort of expecting this. He felt inclined to hold on to Alex for stability, but couldn't currently bring himself to stop clutching his stomach. He carefully folded his wings so they wouldn't get in Alex's way.
"I'll carry you home and then we'll drive to the doctors." Alex said, his tone leaving no room for argument.
"Er… alright…" Beau kept quiet on the way home and almost would've fallen asleep if it weren't for the small bumps in the sidewalk. As careful and gentle as Alex was being, there was no way for Beau to remain absolutely still. While he didn't fall asleep, he did zone out for a good while and snapped back to the real world when Alex put him in the passenger seat of the car and buckled him in.
"Sorry." Alex said gently. He kissed Beau's forehead before he shut the door and headed round to the drivers seat. He climbed in, bucked up and started the car.
"H-How far away is the hospital?" Beau asked quietly, already looking out the window. Him being in pain didn't change the fact that he liked watching out the window when they were in the car.
"'Bout twenty minutes depending on the traffic," Alex replied, focusing back on the road, "Take a nap, kitten. You look like you need it and then you wont be thinking of the pain."
"Alrighty…" Beau closed his eyes and eventually managed to fall lightly asleep. Soon enough, they arrived at the hospital and Beau opened his eyes. He looked out the window and noticed they had stopped. "Are we here?"
Alex nodded, putting the car in park and unbuckling. He came round to Beau's side and unbuckled him before picking him up once more, shutting the door with his foot.
Beau accepted that this was happening and just let Alex carry him in. He was vaguely aware of Alex briefing the receptionist on what had happened and then sitting down to wait.
