Help me with my world please?

Overall I really liked your idea, but I do have some questions. For one, if The Collection led by Section One, which made up of primary Russia then why is the primary language English instead of Russian? Aside from Bolts, what are the other forms currency? Example: dimes, nickles, quarter, pennies, and dollars.

Looks like a good start to me. As a reader I'd like to know more about the groups the characters are associated with. It'll give me a better concept of their struggle. Its also possible I just missed the meat of it in the character bios.
