Need Some Witch-y Magic Ideas

So I have this story I'm working on and one of my characters is a reserved gentlemanly witch who runs a cafe/bar. He has some magic, but nothing super overpowered or complicated. Just some simple spells and charms. Beyond that though I can't think of any specific magic things he can do. Anyone got some ideas?

  • Drinks that give you confidence
  • Cookies that taste suspiciously exactly like home

Those are some good ideas, I didn't consider combining spells with his baked goods and drinks. Thank you ^^

Shots of emotion or abstract concepts like charisma or optimism or something like that? Have the bartender be very vigilant whenever someone messes with his drinks, then pull a Vizzini and watch some creep roofie themselves!
