I saw this in a BNHA fanfic! They constantly tore a guy's body apart and put it together again, just to torture him! They also put a tracker inside his ribcage, so if you ever need to track someone you can do that.

Squish their liver and watch as their body crumbles as their lungs fill up with fluod, causing their heart to stop and their brain to die.

Or you could burst a lobe in the brain and they die of organ faliure.

This is really specific but… (I had a character doing that and is all based on stuff on tv that traumatized me as a chil) you can stab them trough the eye with a pencil and go to their brain (eyes are a good spot if you want to hit the brain) you can make someone float and violently trow them at the floow, trow them into something sharp, make sure to hit the head, troath, stomach and limbs, repeat if needed, make something go from their mouths to the back of their skull, trow them into something that´s on fire and keep them there, use telekinesis to break all their bones (make sure they pierce trough some important organ) and I ran out of idead… We all need a therapist…

step 1: pull victim's teeth out.
step 2: stab teeth into victim's eyes.
step 3: slowly move teeth closer to brain (SLOWLY IS IMPORTANT).
