Well, since I got this idea from something I already wrote… Kinda…
But it's complicated… And since this is fantasy, I'm not sure if the idea that the kid is the world's most lifelike human robot should be his secret.

Wait a minute! What about if all our characters get rounded up by a tournament host and in a different dimension from their own and are forced to fight monsters and they have to escape!!!!

That sounds interesting, but doesn't really seem all that complex to me.

It could easily get complex! I mean just think of the creatures and drama! And we can bring in multiple characters too!

Yet there's drama…. But the scenery would get kinda boring if it was just an arena.

maybe some sort of dungeon or underworld or something like that?

The guy in charge might have the ability to change the arena to be like a space environment or underwater or an island ect..

Except make it progressing rather than like rooms of a house.

I actually really like the arena thing. Like we could have a much deeper side plot like maybe this guy is harvesting the power emissions from the fights to do something evil/crazy

And then when they defeat him they all have to figure out how to get home! Also if people have multiple universes they can bring in characters from each!

But I feel like getting home would either be a walk in the park or they'd just get lost without an evil force preventing them from getting home.

Maybe there are keys in the evil guys mansion that lead to each ones dimension and they have to find each one and leave at the same time and the mansion just happens to transcend several plains of existence???
