The last thing she remembered was Veronica and the psycho-trench-coat kid giving handing her the prairie oyster she'd asked for. Now, she was lying on the sand of a dimly lit concave. She stood, brushing off her skirt, and realized her croquet mallet and package of corn nuts lay next to her. Picking them up, the red clad girl stepped out of her concave. Skye groaned as he rolled over. The sun was in his eyes, he sat up reluctantly and peeled his eyes open. Looking around he saw he was in a sandy bottomed arena of sorts. what the… I thought I was in the library! he quickly stood up and checked his pockets. Seeing as all his belonging were there he began to study the arena walls.

Tobias opened his eyes, finding himself in a sand pit with several othet people inside. I'm not understanding this… And judging from their stature, they seemed much older, yet he didn't let that discourage him too badly.
He got up, stretching out a little. Where am I and… What happened?
Skye looked around some more and saw three more people. The 2 closest to him had strange clothing and he couldnt make out the third. One was also a girl wearing one weird clothing. He went over to the guy who was closer. "Hey! Do you know where we are?"
