Yes… The 'Dead' genre itself. The one genre that I will listen to almost anything from. Dubstep. or, whatever the heck else is in the subgenres (yes riddim is dubstep. be quiet) Discussion on this beautiful stuff. If you feel like it I guess :)

@Yamatsu

I'm… actually surprised how many categories there are. Is deathstep like some of Mick Gordon's stuff from the DOOM soundtrack?

@Yamatsu Deathstep is stuff like Tinnitus by Evilwave, it features heavy metallic distorted basses usually accompanied by a pan snare, clicky kicks, and orchestral (and heavy metal inspired) intros. artists from this genre like to sample horror movies as well. So no I don't think so?

@Yamatsu

That was a bad comparison on my part anyway, Mick Gordon's stuff is a lot of foundry metal. I'm also immediately curious about "brostep."

@Yamatsu Brostep would be the 2015 era of dubstep, if you want some shining examples, look at stuff from Spag Heddy's Gypsy thug

Hey, would "Reanimate" by Warack be Death step? I sort of think it is that way.

@MessnegersOfNone That would classify as drum and bass, Deathstep would be more like CODE: PANDORUM, if anything that's god step because latin XD
