Anything in the soundtrack of the anime Death Note is gorgeous, but I'm partial to Requiem and Kyrie myself.
Otherwise, anything by Hans Zimmer or John Powell or John Williams - I recommend Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean, Forbidden Friendship from HTTYD, or the Schindler's List Theme.
AND THE RWBY SOUNDTRACK IS BEAUTIFUL I WILL SCREAM ABOUT THIS TILL I DIE - I'm Her Daughter After All, Mayday! Lancers!, and literally anything else

I love pretty much anything Hans Zimmer and John Powell. I listened to the Schindler's List theme- sooooo beautiful.

Lots of John Williams's work is very impressive from a musical standpoint, I'd recommend Marian's theme from Indiana Jones and the Holy Grail.

Many of the newer Mario games have fantastic soundtracks, my favorites being Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 along with Odyssey and 3D World. So very jazzy!

NieR: Automata has a FANTASTIC soundtrack that won an award a few years ago
