Help, please?

So my main character Felix has messed up a lot and most of his friends are pissed off at him… I need him to do something that isn’t related to his problems, some kind of activity or just doing something in general before I can solve things for him. Like, any kind of just casual activity to pass some time. Since most of his friends are annoyed with him he can’t do anything together with them….

I just don’t know what he will do… any ideas?

Go get coffee
Sit alone in a park and yell at ducks
Walk to a store to buy food for his friends
Take a nap

Not really, they're just very easy to yell at. Really, any birds work if your character has any kinds of anger issues.
