I am having such a hard time with my plot. Like, I have the main idea, but other than that I have no clue! I also have little scenes, but I don't know how they all fit in. Anything will help at this point haha!
Plan them out.
Decide what order you want them to go in and how they'll fit with each other.
Figure out the start and then end.
Eventually the pieces will just fit together and you'll be able to do it.

I usually like to get a clear idea of a beginning and an ending before trying to write the whole plot. Perhaps doing the same with your idea may help?
