How should I start my book and introduced my distopion world?
I need help for a starter chapter.

I really want to help, but I myself am struggling with, well, everything about my dystopian project. Best I can say is try not to info-dump, but maybe open with a relatively high-stakes situation for whatever character you're opening with. Are they scrounging for supplies? Are they briefing their team for a mission? Are they startled awake in the middle of the night for some reason?
Whatever you end up going with, focus on how the world affects your character specifically. Make it personal.

I'm a little late to the party, but a creative writing instructor told me never to start with dreams or the weather. Whenever possible start mid-action. Assume an intelligent reader and add world details as necessary detail rather than explanation. She said to go through and read the first paragraph of your fav's and classics.
