There were two guys from my main charachters who knew eachother since before, but were seperated and reunited a few years later.
I'm thinking they will re-develop their friendship as the story progresses.
But will the point of that kind of fall flat if one of them used to have a crush on the other one? Obviously he would have moved on, but I don't want the whole thing to be "Aww he loves him Romantically." Because that's not the point of their relationship, I want a genuine friendship.
Advice on this situation?
